I say this eddy (T7) was more harder to play with and he has more options in his relax stance. T8 eddy seems more simplified for example his launcher he got in relax stance in t7 was 3,4 on T8 it’s 3+4. T7 eddy feels more rewarding then he do on T8 basically..

Now, I'll admit that doing an immediate d1+2 after a blocked f1+2 at a wall has worked for me in the past in T7, etc (it's a Paul thang) However, for a seasoned player like you, I would've likely, frame trapped or just locked you at the wall with an immediate f2+3 pc (if the input didn't change)...1:40! 💯🌴🇧🇷...1:59! A jab? He should've launch punished with df2 or neutral punished your blocked df3+4 with either d1+2 or a qcf2. 2:02! He should've done a ff2,2 cancel ~ bad idea to commit to a full one seeing you blocked the 1st part. 2:22! Well, at least, his red/white scheme was nice which is more than I can say for his fighting skills!🤦‍♂️

No you can do his 1+2 anytime you want. I only did it after running to throw Dark off a lil bit. That move @ 5:18 is one of eddys power crushes. He has one on negativa and hand stand, both being 1+2

Side note: Fair to say that Eddy is more fluid now vs his T7 version. He really seems faster, and his new strings make him harder to get in on and to read.

Yeah eddy is more fluid and waaaay more easier to play with on T8. I appreciate T7 more because it felt more rewarding to win using eddy than it does on T8. T8 is really simplified compared to T7. It’s still a fun game but you had to work harder on T7 is my opinion.

Side note: T6 _Midtown Roars_ is a good, track for this chaotic stage - good pick! (T5 _Ground Zero_ would be insanely perfect, but it's apparently, copywrited or something. Must be because we didn't have it in tag2 or anytime later!) Still, there's others that I think of that would go just as hard here! Just suggestions: T7 _Kazumi theme and/or Devil Kazumi theme._

Yeah eddy has 2 new crouch grabs. 1 activates heat and the other is just a regular throw. If you do his db 1+2 on counter it puts the opponent in crouch position so u can do the grab. Oh and his d 4, 3 on counter does the same now.

I think the fairest analysis I can offer after I've seen your gameplay with several characters, and other friend's channels gameplay is that T8 is the best, most _complete_ version of each character to date. Meaning, even knowing the mup solidly, they can still use something against you to win if you're not careful.

Such a good, trance-type jam composed by( I believe) the _legend,_ *Nobuyoshi Sano* (or Sano aka Sanodg) That stage back then was called, _Ominous Mist_ and I can't think of a more, fitting track for such a _bleak_ setting. You just know that someone about to _die_ when that song kicks in! LOL.
