Not only do you lack the charisma and knowledge to give any meaningful breakdown, but your pathetic pandering to hate speech while trying to bring down fans of certain media completely diminishes any credibility you might have

@user-tt7ds6oo4b Sorry I upset you. Thanks for the teardown comments. I really appreciate that. One thing I am completely confused about is the whole pandering and hate speech and bringing down fans of certain media. What do you mean by that? But here's an idea if you don't like the me or video, you don't have to watch it.

It’s the weakest part for me the three but my mates and I had too much fun quoting this almost constantly. It’s a great film. Doesn’t really make sense but I don’t think Evil Dead was ever supposed to. It’s just a great time.

The best gag in this is when Ash's hand gets possessed and he starts punching himself in the face and breaking plates over his head, so he has to cut the possessed hand off with a chainsaw. It's still possessed, so it skitters around like a rat until he finally traps it under a wastebasket. The hand can stlill move the can around, so he weighs the can down with a stack of books. The top book is Hemingway-s A Farewell to Arms. Get it??? Get it.??
@aaaaaa694204 ай бұрын
that's from evil dead 2, not army of darkness. in AoD, he starts the movie off missing his hand with the chainsaw attachment. there is a flashback recap of the events of ED2 at the beginning of AoD, so that may be what you're remembering

Me and my mates watched this religiously back in the early 90s. Such a fun movie. We’d regularly watch back to back Evil Dead 2 and 3 on a night with the beers. Funny recently I found out my son in his early 20s has been doing the same with his Uni friends. An absolute classic movie. So many quotable lines.

I love that movie. Good luck with the channel. Some advice: the way you're reading the script from just off camera makes it looks like a hostage video. I would try to either (1) memorize a few lines, then cut to a graphic or another angle (to make it look natural), or (2) move the prompter closer to the camera so it looks like you're looking into the lens, or (3) simply move the camera farther back so the angle is decreased, and it looks like you're making "eye contact" with the audience. As it is, it feels like talking to someone who is staring at your throat the whole time.

the film certainly has its value, i love watching it. sure book versions are always more detailed as its impossible to add the same level of detail in a single movie, it would make movies much longer to include it all
@filmgurumoviereviews46908 ай бұрын
That makes two of us. It's always hard to take a book and try and get a two hour screen play out of it.
@cascadianrangers7288 ай бұрын
The book was so much better, it is spine chillingly scary in some parts, in the way only a book can be; the author not only has a fairly novel plot but the book is very detailed in it's description of settings, firearms, and has an excellent and believable cast of characters, and the film is a seriously bastardized version although the plot is the same with a few additions and subtractions
@filmgurumoviereviews46908 ай бұрын
Like most movies based on books, the books are mostly better. And im sure this book is, I just haven't read it and that's probably why I do like the movie.

Homage the director paid to other movies, directors also very important. Especially to Gaspar Noe' here i stand alone, when we see Nadine first time having sex with a guy while tv is on, that movie was there on the tv screen. The pistol scene of Nadine in black bikini is a homage to taxi driver i think.
