My S.A. told me that the men’s Chypre Velcro strap has a higher rise, in-step? Yes, the H is different. I almost prefer the H on the men’s cut but it doesn’t matter because I need size 38 or 37.5 in the Chypre.

The top strap in the mens looks wider. And on the side you see in the mens you can slide in deeper, the strap comes higher on the arch.

For men, the chypre runs exactly true to size if not 1/2 size large. So men should take the same size as their izmir or regular shoe size. I can't speak for women.

Wow great video! Loved the comparison! For the size though, when you hold them back to back, yes the outer sole is the same length but not the foot bed, i can see the lip at the back where the heels goes is shorter on the women’s 40 when you were holding them. Maybe i’m not seeing well hehe!
