I disagree, whose to say time travel has not been invented in some other part of the cosmos. Assuming cosmic time/motion is relative at some level. Or perhaps in a parallel time line, where scientific advancement trumped religious ideology, and civilization advanced thousands of years sooner than our current state. These ideas are still abstract in the sense that, our scientific tools & perception of the energies involved are somewhat basic. Gravity is still not fully understood, so how could one conclude that all time travel is relative to the point where it's invented.
