For everyone who is confusing filtertion of blood in kidney with that of exchange of gases in lungs. In lungs there is just exchange of O2 and CO2. The real filteration of blood occurs in kidney where nitrogenous wastes are eliminated in the form of urea in urine.

No it's not. In the lungs exchange of gases occurs. The correct answer is the kidney. As we have read the blood is filtered in kidney through glomerular filtrate and nitrogenous waste is removed in the form of urine which is then excreted through ureters to urinary bladder and urethra to out of the body.
