The grenade hasn't been fired; the rotation bands don't have any rifling marks. And the fuses that you dug out, all possible have their explosive charge in tacked. Live dangerously, die young.👍👍👍👍

As a young boy I used to find hundreds of the 20mm cannon shells with a metal detector At tentsmuir beach next to raf leuchars in Scotland You would find the heads in the sand dunes / beach And the brass cartridges further in to the forrest Usually around 6 to 10 inches deep Mum kept throwing them in the rubbish Wish I had saved them up I would be sitting on a small fortune in brass This beach really needs its history told as a battalion of polish soldiers were garrisoned next to it All throughout world war 2

It looks like the 25 pound fuse belonged to the 25 pound grenade you found.... it has been fired, but on impact, the fuse broke away from the grenade... you can see the damage at the grenade, it hasnt been damaged by explosive, it has been damaged by the force of impact. Also you can see the white explosive "powder" still inside. So the fuse can be still armed and detonate at any time, hope you didn´t bring that one home. Nice video and stay save!

Hi thanks for watching and yes you are right it was for sure from the 25 pndr it was laying like 20 meters away. And the 25pndr and fuse have been destroyed by the explosive ordnance disposal team

What about when there is no white pouder i found in an regien in belgium an shelled position full of kraters en ive found 4 minewerfer shells en Some didnt conclude white pouder some dit what does it mean when the bomb is complete en has no white pouder ?

@@jarnobellantoni3898 if you find one with out the with pouder so only the metal chasing it wil be safe but with the pouder in it meens it has not been blown up But to be sure always call the Police and have them look at it

Vind dat een beetje te makkelijk. Ga op onderzoek zelf uit, dan heb je ook kans op een unieke vondst of misschien niet. Maar blijf proberen hoor. Het is een geweldige hobby, maar hou je verstand erbij hoor. Ben zoveel gevaarlijk materiaal tegen gekomen, waarvan ik in eerste instantie dacht dat dit niet zo was. Tips en hulpmiddelen om locaties te vinden kan ik je wel geven hoor. Waar woon je ongeveer?

Ik in de buurt van Emmen, ben ook benieuwd naar tips qua locatie. De oude riviertjes mag niet van Staatsbosbeheer en akkers heb ik nog geen interessante van gevonden. Allemaal modern spul en blik
