According to the internet Toby. After serving two years before being put in probation Toby has had many sorrows. He was charged in 2016 with possession of Meth and of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was arrested in February 2017 for possessing meth. Then he was re-arrested on July 5, 2019 for the same offense. He was recently charged in 2019 for causing felony he's in jail without bond even today in 2022

even tough big dragon is a major criminal he gained my full respect..just beacuase of his way to speak and his behavior..how calm he is talking to the kids but with every word coming out of his mouth his level of authority rises more and more...i couldnt stop smiling and cringing at the same time when he asked the lil kid if he would fight him in jail and the kid said "if i had to" :D i guess even big dragons newest tattoo is older than that kid :D of course i hit the like button, subscribe if i saee more videos i like..this was the 1st one to be honest but got me curious so big shout out from across the ocean in good old germany stay safe and healthy

That's how you know he's for real. He doesn't need to raise his voice and look scary because he has respect in that prison, somebody talking to you calmly in a non threatening stance like this is far more scary than somebody shouting and raising their fists.
