Funny that during my early gameplay (2 months ago), if I'm not giving my secondary weapon they tend to dying in less than 10 seconds no matter how fast i move to extraction point

I mean, you probably werent movinh fast enough in that case. Newer player just move slower until they learn to spam bullet jumps and stuff.

Have you seen the stat scaling of the grineer? For the heavy units is more vertical than horizontal and that goes for their armor. So if arent running armor strip, bleed its your only viable option

you shoukd give stuff to the hostage. they'll get you free affinity. dont have to let them do anything with it, you can still run to extraction immediately or whatever you want, but there isnt a reason to NOT give them your sidearm unless it's essential to your build
