Thanks, Dr Aimee! Can you do an updated video of supplements to take and your experience with patients again? I tried taking DHEA 3X, but had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. We just had our first egg retrieval and none of the 7 out of 9 fertilized embryos made it to day 3. I am 40yo now and the doctor didn’t mention it’s because of my age; she did mention that it’s because my embryos have a “fragile” membrane. I’m not 100% sure what that means, but I’ll search for more videos and info on it. I’m now taking supplements to improve egg quality. Hopefully next round will be better with all of the supplements that you recommended. Thank you for sharing these videos. They are very helpful!

I think the reason PGT testing is controversial is because "discarding" or killing an embryo because its "PGT abnormal" is unethical. These embryos can result in perfectly normal babies. The science is not good enough to be using this regularly

12:19 “ask yourself the questions that I always ask my patients: how old are you? how many kids do you want? what is it going to take to get what you want? are you willing to do it?” Those are great questions for women & for men too. We’re all on clocks, albeit a woman’s is a faster one. These questions should be discussed in high school.

im a 41 yr old woman with two girls, ages 9,17. Recently remarried, my husband has no kids, I had my check up to remove iud and begin trying only to find out im menopausal, all my labs are bad. my AMH is at <0.003 my heart aches.

This doctor is amazing and helped my husband and I get pregnant after trying for 10 years. I have Hashimoto’s and this was the first doctor that acknowledged that may have contributed to my infertility and after a consultation with him, he wrote up a protocol for me on his report ,that included treating the autoimmune factor. It worked on the 2nd attempt! I was 42 at the time. 😊

I have 2 "abnormal " embryos.. one is monossomy 19 and other is complex abnormal -8mosaic, -16 and +22 . Do they have any chance? I can't discard them..😢

You mentioned doing a modified natural cycle for embryo transfer, after Lupron Depot, specifically for silent endo. I have secondary infertility, had positive Receptiva and currently doing Lupron Depot. Can you explain how to do modified natural without waiting for period after Lupron Depot? My doctor has said I have to wait for a period, which could be 3 months.

It's like that, no matter if you’re 40 or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

My clinic frozen my embryos at day 3 because I had so few. Could bed rest still help after transferring a 3-day embryo, or would it not help since the embryo has to develop before it can implant? Thank you!

Is an inflamed endometrium wall, bleeding and still testing positive 7 weeks after a miscarriage endometritis? Doctors never specified what it was, just told me my uterus wall is very inflamed and red, and won't heal without progesterone tablets. This was my third miscarriage

I just found out I’m pregnant. Took 4 home tests out of shock!! I’ll be 41!! I have a 13 month old daughter. I also have 20, 16, and almost 14 year old sons from my previous relationship. This will be my 6th pregnancy, but praying it will be my 5th child. I’m just stunned and shocked. Absolutely shocked. I was on the pill also. I will call my dr Monday morning to make an appointment and get everything checked. I’m just praying for a healthy baby and pregnancy.

Can you tell me what it means to be a 35 year old female with an AFC count of 20 ( seems high for age ) but a low AMH value of 0.91, and what advice you might have for pregnancy? How is it possible to have such a high AFC count but such a low AMH value?
