You don't really need heals but in case you need them you can always teleport to other parts of the map and come back

Press A to grab them as soon as you spawn a Crow Echo then just move from a higher surface while grabbing them to fly.

This was super helpful for the first two puzzles, but the third one…I’m struggling. Pressing ZR to drop it in the water renders it unreachable again. But pressing R to follow it does nothing cause it’s not moving yet. I even tried stacking the boxes but it won’t allow me to follow the top one. Is my game broken?

For The 3rd Puzzle grab the left box and place it where it can flow to the other side then Press R to follow the box will stop once it reaches the other side then Cancel follow and you will be able to move the box to the button. Note: don’t follow the box as soon as you grab it but first place it where it can follow with the water to the other side
