I love this scene, I still have the sticker of where they are hugging 1:06 that was included in the VHS somewhere.

Okay ... there are some cult scenes from the movie ... this one here is so bad it doesn't even reach hilariously bad territory, just cringe and weird.

Burton and Taylor said many times they couldn’t stand working with the bitch. She would push them around and act like the big boss. They both said they would never work with her again.👺

How did you know him - like what was your connection to him?

I met him twice personally. Once at a book fair and I brought him a book. We just chatted. Another time was more personal. My friend was the manager of a club where Tim did his American Culture stint. I had some recent photos I'd taken of the Millbrook Estate in New York and I wanted to give them to him. My friend, the manager, arranged for me to meet Tim after the show in the dressing room, which I did. I was also in touch with him through correspondance. I was in Taiwan when he died and had planned to see him soon. But missed it. Dropped in on the house a couple of months later. Met Zach and got to hang out at the house.

Plagiarism is still plagiarism. Destroying all previous editions of the papers to cover the various issues is also telling. According to the Sherman Diaries, many other "revelations" were written early on but later removed and destroyed. The fact that people would have to sign a disclosure agreement is also odd for something "revelatory." The whole thing stinks of fraud, just like the Book of Mormon, OAHSPE, or any other so-called revelation. When there is no transparency, and all previous iterations of so-called revelations are destroyed, it would raise alarm bells in most people. However, true believers will believe anything, no matter the evidence to the contrary. The SDA, once confronted with the plagiarism of Ellen White (who Sadler and Kellog were followers at one point), first tried to deny it, then when it could no longer be denied, they just argued that God pointed her to those texts because that is what he wanted to say anyway - wowzers.

Ted Turner bought this movie and had the opening edited to junk. No original copy exist. The opening scene ends with a close-up of the preachers face. His face is beaded with sweat as he screams "There is no God. There is no God." Then it fades to black. Later in the movie he refers to the moment saying , " There is place a preacher preaches atheism from the pulpit." It's crime to censor classic movies for the religious bigots.b
