I had the same issue and followed your instructions. IT WORKED!!!! Thank you so much for your post. This has bought me a bunch of time and delayed the need for an unreasonably expensive repair of which the cause is unknown since it's a generic error, and delayed the need to purchase a new printer prematurely.

Thank you for this very easy video to follow. I followed the instructions and like @mikhailzolotov99, I had to leave the flash drive in the slot and then I unplugged the printer to reboot it. When the printer menu came up it was clear. No error messages. It is fixed. Thank you again.

You need to download the software and put it on a flash memory as explaining in the video it should allow you to remove any password. You don’t need to program the accessibility icon.

dont try pulling the cover off real fast it will crack instantly he just got lucky and showing people the wrong was it does got clip but they get snagged and will crack the back cover

You can download the file and put it anywhere in your computer. Anytime you need one of the icons you can open the file and copy from it and paste it into your file thank you.

@@SIA4TECH Solution for those who has these options yet cant explore it online:- Sometimes before i was turned off the connected experience from settings for preventing blockage of pirated office. I didnt knew it makes all online contents unavailable. Office icon pack is online content. once i turned on these settings, now they are available back. back then when clicking it it was opening dialog to choose iconanually from device. Path:- file>account>Account aprivacy>Manage settings> Tick Connected Experiences boxes

After you shake out the toner. If you put a small amount of dawn in it- the soap does an amazing job sticking to the toner so it washed out faster .
