The Right word is 'Observe'. You simply need to observe your breath. Observe how it shallows, how it paces up, and with observation you will understand its connection with everything in the body.

This method teaches you how to stop sexual urge and masturbation .People think that sexual pressure is an invincible giant while there is a solution for every problem .there are many videos to tell you how to stop masturbation like call a friend to reduce urge or do physical activity ,try new hobbies like making art or spend more time with your friends or family ,all these things are useless and futile for stopping sexual urge and masturbation.On the other hand, you see videos of spiritual teachers who teach methods to stop sexual pressure, and some combine several methods, which seems boring to you, and when you ask them when sexual pressure will stop with these methods, They don't give a clear answer, and they say that with God's grace, it will stop one day .the only way you can stop sexual urge and masturbation is by this pranayama which is written here.sexual urge can be stopped .of course it can not be stopped actually you can change it's direction .But for now I use the verb to stop . by this pranayama you can stop sexual urge . of course you should not have boyfriend ,girlfriend or spouse during doing this pranayama .you should do this pranayama 4 hours after meal or on empty stomach . sit somewhere comfortably 1- inhale deeply from nose both nostrils slowly , by pushing out your abdomen .2-hold your breath 15 seconds .THE KEY SECRET IS HOLDING YOUR BREATH .if you can hold your breath more than 15 seconds is better .but if you can not ,15 seconds is good .if you have very very high sexual pressure I suggest you that some of holding of your breath be more than 15 seconds for example 25 seconds .With practice, you can increase the time you hold your breath. 3-Then exhale from nose ,both nostrils slowly by pulling in your abdomen .Do not use your mouth for inhale or exhale in this pranayama. your mouth should be closed during doing this pranayama, only nose.do this pranayama everyday 30 minutes regularly without a gap between days for at least one month .of course you may feel it sooner than a month .usually one month of this pranayama will be enough for stopping sexual urge. .even if you feel it sooner than one month, do not quit this pranayama and do it till complete one month. when you retain your sexual energy more and more you see Synchronicities in your life more and more .when you are storing sexual energy ,you are practicing Austerity .Austerity does not mean you have to sleep on a bed of nails like a yogi. By this method you will not have relapse. if you masturbate everyday or every other day or whatsoever ,after some days of doing this pranayama you will notice that those days pass and you did not need to masturbate this shows that it is working .you can get rid of masturbation and sexual pressure very easily by this method .some guys use cold shower to stop sexual pressure but majority of them have relapse but with doing this method you will not have relapse.this method is much better and stronger. this method is good for those who want to experience celibacy for a certain period of time, for those who want to remain celibate till marriage and those who want to remain celibate for ever .after stopping sexual urge you do not need to continue this pranayama but if you like you can do it less any way.when sexual urge stops this does not mean you become impotent ,when ever you decide you can have sex but that time will be based on your decision not base on sexual pressure .if you do that sexual pressure will come back .after stopping sexual urge , In the case of men, erection sometimes happens but this does not mean sexual pressure is behind that ,no so do not panic that is only erection without sexual pressure this means that does not oblige you to masturbate of course gradually and Over time, the erection will become less and less .as a reminder ,Erection refers to the state of arousal which allows a male to have intercourse. Should a male be unable to get or maintain an erection, it is referred to as erectile dysfunction. Ejaculation refers to the act of ejecting semen from the penis.so even less erection by this method ,does not mean you have dysfunction .seminal energy is god in motion .raising one's sexual energy fuels & awakens the pineal gland causing one's vibration emanated from the electromagnetic field generated from the heart to elevate. Sometimes we get from Universe what we 'want'/ dreamed of. E.g. a Job, living at a place or a girl having some traits. When you get it circumstances around you don't let us accept it. We may not able to do that Job, due to some issues we can't live at that place, you meet a person then have to let them go for some reason.. What to do in such scenario? Was going far a part of synchronicity? Did you meet someone so that they can change you? Or we are so unlucky that when universe / God loves us back we are not able to accept it fully? Or just 'wanting' itself is bad? I've stopped dreaming now because whatever I had dreamed of I got it but had to let it go. So no more dreams.

I have been presented each day at least once but often multiple times with the synchronistic number 33 since 2018. This presentation is not limited to only time sequences, it appears everywhere in the most random of places. Both Osho (when alive) and Sadhguru have insisted these synchronicities are purely random and generated more from my imagination and my brain's ability to identify and recognize repeated patterns in numbers. I'm not entirely sure about what they've said. Every day for almost seven years is an awful long string of random coincidences.

Awesome video. According to Osho. There are three layers inside us: Body, Mind and Soul. Osho emphasized a lot on preserving s*ual energy in one of his discourses. This is the basic criteria to win your "Body" This is comparatively easier to achieve. To win your "Mind". One needs to focus on attention. We all know this but it's harder to achieve. Focus on what we do is a solution but dopamine keeps on asking to check KZbin. Shorts, Reels etc are nothing but mental m*stbation. We are engaged in it. I need to win at this level too.

Here's a sample of some of the breathwork I do, This one is a buffet of practices. Breath of fire x40 Alkaline breath x40 Shamanic breath x40 Power breath x40 On the last breath I squeeze my paraneim and abdominals and my chest, neck and head. The feeling I achieve is truly unmatched! I'm on year 4 of conscious breathwork and I'm ready to be a certified instructor. Thank you for the video I took my notes in my breath journal.

After the squeez and big hug from God I let my breath out almost empty lungs and I hold it up to 2-3 mins. That's where my prayers come in during that peaceful breathhold I absolutely love it and will do it until my last breath pun intended

Years ago, when I was in my thirties and attending church, I received my first revelation about the breath. I bought my first book on breathing; however I quickly lost interest because I did not get the significance in what I was reading. There was no one in my life who even talked about breathing, let alone pointed that way to me. I put the book on the shelf and did not pick it up again until some twenty years later. Then, low and behold, there came the internet. I started to search and search. I could hardly believe what I found. All those years in church, attending Bible study, Sunday school, regular service, prayer service and having hands laid on me, none of it changed my life. And I was very faithful and sincere for over thirty years. The breath changed my life so fast and so completely from the inside, out. The breath is my power! The breath is my religion! The breath is what I am!!! Thank you for sharing your videos, I love to listen to them over and over again...

"Buddha’s way was Vipassana - vipassana means witnessing. And he found one of the greatest devices ever: the device of watching your breath, just watching your breath. Breathing is such a simple and natural phenomenon and it is there twenty-four hours a day. You need not make any effort. If you repeat a mantra then you will have to make an effort, you will have to force yourself. If you say, “Ram, Ram, Ram,” you will have to continuously strain yourself. And you are bound to forget many times. Moreover, the word ‘Ram’ is again something of the mind, and anything of the mind can never lead you beyond the mind. Buddha discovered a totally different angle: just watch your breath - the breath coming in, the breath going out. There are four points to be watched. Sitting silently just start seeing the breath, feeling the breath. The breath going in is the first point. Then for a moment when the breath is in it stops - a very small moment it is - for a split second it stops; that is the second point to watch. Then the breath turns and goes out; this is the third point to watch. Then again when the breath is completely out, for a split second it stops; that is the fourth point to watch. Then the breath starts coming in again… this is the circle of breath. If you can watch all these four points you will be surprised, amazed at the miracle of such a simple process - because mind is not involved. Watching is not a quality of the mind; watching is the quality of the soul, of consciousness; watching is not a mental process at all. When you watch, the mind stops, ceases to be. Yes, in the beginning many times you will forget and the mind will come in and start playing its old games. But whenever you remember that you had forgotten, there is no need to feel repentant, guilty - just go back to watching, again and again go back to watching your breath. Slowly, slowly, less and less mind interferes. And when you can watch your breath for forty-eight minutes as a continuum, you will become enlightened. You will be surprised - just forty-eight minutes - because you will think that it is not very difficult… just forty-eight minutes! It is very difficult. Forty-eight seconds and you will have fallen victim to the mind many times. Try it with a watch in front of you; in the beginning you cannot be watchful for sixty seconds. In just sixty seconds, that is one minute, you will fall asleep many times, you will forget all about watching - the watch and the watching will both be forgotten. Some idea will take you far, far away; then suddenly you will realize… you will look at the watch and ten seconds have passed. For ten seconds you were not watching. But slowly, slowly - it is a knack; it is not a practice, it is a knack - slowly, slowly you imbibe it, because those few moments when you are watchful are of such exquisite beauty, of such tremendous joy, of such incredible ecstasy, that once you have tasted those few moments you would like to come back again and again - not for any other motive, just for the sheer joy of being there, present to the breath. Remember, it is not the same process as is done in yoga. In yoga the process is called pranayam; it is a totally different process, in fact just the opposite of what Buddha calls vipassana. In pranayam you take deep breaths, you fill your chest with more and more air, more and more oxygen; then you empty your chest as totally as possible of all carbon dioxide. It is a physical exercise - good for the body but it has nothing to do with vipassana. In vipassana you are not to change the rhythm of your natural breath, you are not to take long, deep breaths, you are not to exhale in any way differently than you ordinarily do. Let it be absolutely normal and natural. Your whole consciousness has to be on one point; watching. And if you can watch your breath then you can start watching other things too. Walking you can watch that you are walking, eating you can watch that you are eating, and ultimately, finally, you can watch that you are sleeping. The day you can watch that you are sleeping you are transported into another world. The body goes on sleeping and inside a light goes on burning brightly. Your watchfulness remains undisturbed, then twenty-four hours a day there is an undercurrent of watching. You go on doing things… for the outside world nothing has changed, but for you everything has changed."

"No Guru, No Method, No Teacher" - Van Morrison 1986 - let it be, be the flow - Humans invented gods, churches, many, many rituals, and all that nonsense, none, nothing has changed in all those passed centuries, we are still fighting each other, fighting wars, maiming and killing hundreds and thousands, even millions of friends we haven't met yet, our brothers and sisters without remorse and made the earth our slave, our treasure trove we since ever deplenish, rob and steal her of precious resources, poison the lands, the rivers, the air and the life upon it,, without dropping a single thought about - while wearing a cross, Buddha Amulets and other such things around the neck, attending mess in church, gather in temples and mosques for prayers before and to "our gods" and deities to free us of our sins and wrongdoings - how immensely insane is that?
