I'm a supply chain management graduate from India. Firstly, loved the pod; I agree with Luka's point that diversification of suppliers is key to a resilient supply chain but convincing healthcare providers to move away from established suppliers has been difficult, especially in countries like India, where there is huge resistance to change. But let's see, I'm hopeful to bring about these changes in the coming years. Also, use of ML in finding trustworthy suppliers is a good shout, would definitely explore that.
