When the pump housing is installed to the motor shaft why is the shaft now difficult to turn? I have a brand new motor and brand new pump voltage 211 volts, and no suction

I have a LVG 203 fryer for a McDonald’s restaurant with this issue. AIF board is off (no LED) and I tested AC Voltage at the incoming connected from the transformer which should be 18V and I’m reading less than 1V. Would my transformer be the issue ? I am looking at the manual and see no fuse for this unit.

To bad yall cant advise frymaster how to give tech support or make a fryer... Recently did a fib reset on a frymaster vat and trashed an $800 FIB board then i did something wrong with the software at which point their tech support said "well hopefully you didnt just make a paper weight out of the fryer" they really slippin over there in Louisiana 😆

What if the error happens as they’re using the fryer at random points did the oil get too low?

HI @gonzales2901 if this is on a gas fryer, we can see this error happen more often throughout the day if the oil is low. The unit heats for several minutes, but never sees a temp rise at the probe because the oil is not touching the temp probe. If this is on an electric fryer and you get intermittent E-22 errors through the day, then check if power cords are plugged in all the way or unplugged. LOVs in some countries pull voltage to the controls through a separate cord. Even though the control is working, the large 3 phase power cord may not be making connection or plugged in. Hope this helps.

It's a good question. Using the procedure in this video, many techs who do this solo. The method used in this video was actually a tip we got from a tech in Australia to perform this solo. If you have full access to the fryer, this is about 1 hour job (plus travel). Plan on a little longer if it is the first time you do this procedure though. Hopefully that helps!

What if you clean everything solenoid steam box drain tube and the tube going across the back, and it's still slowly to release pressure? I even took the steam box apart and cleaned the tube inside with the holes in it. It's a henny penny computron 600 . I work for a grocery store food market( we have 17 stores )and we have henny penny fryers mainly in our deli's ,I'm a tech also. This is on a fryer I was working on yesterday

Good question. Depending on the cook cycle and the amount of moisture in the product, you should have anywhere between 30 seconds and one minute to release pressure if the plumbing from the frypot through to the condensation box is fully open to its 1/2" diameter. If this is taking longer, then the tubing or solenoid valve partially obstructed and not open to its full 1/2" diameter.

Also is you change out for refurbished processor and you don’t have a selector motor you can go into tech mode and go to T4 and if it says YES switch to NO

just dealt with this today after watching this video. Remove the gas line secured it back on correctly - restarted - and all three of them ignited and it worked great The gas line was not open all the way. so, by saying to remove the gas line, I was able to notice that. Just a manager, so it helps to be able to to give a heads up on these errors before my repairman comes. Ty

I changed the selector valve and calibrated fryer then I got E 82 D on all 3 fryers then a 93 A 24 volts tripped

I had a weird issue yesterday. I had an e20d error on a vat. Both pilots were sparking but the only the right burner was struggling to come on. I did check orifice for obstruction and I also had the 3.5”WC. This was only happening a few times a day. Solenoid obviously works if left burner is lighting. Ignition module obviously works if there’s spark. Gas pressure reading indicates there’s obviously gas flow. What else could it be?
