Vibrant culture? There's almost no one on the street! I lived in Minneapolis in the 1990s. This area was always lively in those years, with pedestrians everywhere. How sad that those times may never return.

yes. very depressing. I lived there for almost 8 years before the Floyd and Covid nonsense. It was magical back then.
