Raw organic Apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons with 4 oz water, 2 or 3 times a day. The citric acid will break up any stones and clean your kidneys out. I haven't had an issue since and its going on 5 years now. Im also eating regular now. The only difference now is i stay hydrated because not drinking enough water is how it started. Also, If you don't like Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice is also another great option.
