Man, are you taking vitamin pills by any chance?? Because they can form stones. You need to drink APPLE CIDER VINEGAR with water...2 tablespoons of ACV with 4 oz water.... or lemon juice with water can also work. If you dont like the taste, try making a STRONG lemonade with stevia or splenda sweetener, NO regular sugar. Sugar will make your kidney stones worse.
@Tusc996913 күн бұрын
I had the same problem.. 6.5 And i stopped eating salt and red meat...it helped but still had some issues.. then I was told by an older coworker who had the same problem for MANY years until he tried APPLE CIDE VINEGAR. Raw organic Apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons with 4 oz water, 2 or 3 times a day. The citric acid will break up any stones and clean your kidneys out. I haven't had an issue since and its going on 5 years now. Im also eating regular now. The only difference now is i stay hydrated because not drinking enough water is how it started. Also, If you don't like Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice is also another great option.

Why do they keep forming? Have you tried changing your diet or taking potassium citrate
@ShayneMarrelliАй бұрын
@samueldarenskiy6893 Idk why I can't get rid of them. I have changed my diet, I always drank a lot of water. But now I drink even more. I cut down big time on my meat intake, as Dr.'s said it was too much animals fats, and red meat. The Dr.'s have said so many different things. Now they say they r genetic, hereditary like I can't do anything. Just had my 5th surgery for them 1 month ago now. And I passed 5 of my biggest stones for Christmas. It's as if the medical profession wants returning customers, they will not cure me. I never heard about Potassium Citrate. Thanks, I will look into it more, and ask my urologist. I appreciate any help here, as they seem to b getting worse, not better

Hi everyone, A few months ago, I had a 5 mm kidney stone that I was able to pass naturally with the help of medication, though it came with some intermittent sharp pains. Afterward, I went for an additional exam, and the doctors discovered more stones that aren’t currently causing problems. Here’s what they found: a 7 mm and a 9 mm stone in my left kidney, and three 2 mm stones in my right kidney. The doctors suggested I could get a scan every six months to monitor the situation. However, I asked what would happen if one of the larger stones starts moving while I’m out of the country, as I often travel for months at a time. In response, they offered me the option of ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy to remove the larger 7 mm and 9 mm stones. After the procedure, they would place a stent, which would be removed in the office after five days. Now I’m stuck trying to decide. I’m extremely scared of pain and have a very low tolerance for it, but at the same time, I want to get the stones removed to avoid potential issues while traveling. I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks so much!

@mr.unknowncali-life9350 I have had 4 surgeries for my stones now. 1 shockwave , and 3 laser procedures. And had 3 stents now, pulled this 1 out myself. Strange thing is I don't think I eat that bad. Only water, and the very odd tea.and I eat pretty healthy. I was told too much sugar, then too much salt, so I quit all that a lot. Still got em, so then I was told too much animal products, so I cut meat intake more than half, still get them. Now they r saying they r hereditary, so I don't know how to stop them. I passed over 600 stones in the last 2 weeks. Mind u they're sandy tiny ones, but still they were from my last surgery a year and a half ago, when normally I only pass thrm for about 4 months after a surgery. I also passed my biggest one yet last week, a 9mm stone they made 3 weeks seem like a lifetime in hell. Now I am going for a new surgery soon. Where they cut me open from my back, and go into my kidney to break up a 20mm stone. I was in the worst torture for 3 weeks from last Monday. Feeling fucking great now tho!!!

To effectively manage and prevent kidney stones, it’s crucial to monitor your diet closely and "just drink more water". Keep a detailed WRITTEN record of everything you PUT IN YOUR MOUTH, noting the time you ate it and quantity (g/ml), and consult a dietitian or nutritionist for tailored advice. You have multiple TYPES of stones in your urine, so not one trick will execute a remedy unless you go to lithotripsy route, be aware that you may already have stones present, and the pain you're experiencing could be from the expulsion or breakage of stone fragments from a larger stone that is simply lodged tightly into nookes of the renal pelvis or calyxes . Consider undergoing an ultrasound or lithotripsy for relief, but remember that without changes to your eating habits and attention to genetic factors, stones WILL recur, less than 5 years you'll be right back here with the same condition, that's what we don't want. Additionally, any existing scar tissue in your kidney (renal pelvis) may complicate matters, so addressing these factors is essential for long-term prevention. For more information, refer to this article: [NCBI - PMC4525130](www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4525130/).
