My new mental health place isn't as bad as the others but dang it is ridiculous hard to get in touch with them and after my med review flopped because I was juggling trying to get ahold of my therapist who isn't even there when she schedules with me like a good majority of these people and puts stress on me that she will cancel my referral in a week (it's almost been a week from now) then they give me a no shoe for my med doctors and if you miss 2 you have to do the process all over again and I live in Arizona heat as is and take the bus everywhere and I think my brain just had enough of pooping on me that it got this song in my head. I know it's about a toxic relationship but sometimes it feels that way with the mental health system here at least and I love shouting "why don't you just meet me in the middle, I'm losing my mind just a little!".
