You should avoid fighting but if you have to you should use a martial art that is effective not fantasy

Personally, I've applied part of several technique 5 sword, sword of destruction and free style of kenpo, but only from 1 to 3 attacks a recalibrated my position, in combination with Boxing, sticky hands, few judo or Bjj, and muay thai, im no expert, but my background is kenpo

You get out of Kenpo what you put into it. It's not the style it's the person studying it. What may work for one person, may not work for another, doesn't mean it's not effective.
