You will be getting different Boarding pass for Virgin & Recheck in Baggage depends upon where u booked & at the time of booking it showing whether re check in of baggage required or not or need to Check with Your booking agent for the same.

As your Saying there are 3 Different Airlines means it's a Code Share Flight & As per my Experience it will create issue while Travelling better you Approach Airlines before Flying & make suitable changes if they permit.
