This is a fantastic video - I am an Ex-EY that just moved aboard (Aus) to start a new life - and having spent last few months to settled down and adjust to a new country - I was looking for information on exit opps for Big4s Grad and this video was the most informative and helpful - to have a base point as to what is actually available for a big4 grad. Thank you for putting together such an informative video.

Ah interesting - yes that can happen at this time of year (speeding up the process for new joiners needed in September)

@Novometix it should just be one, the same partner wouldn’t interview the same person twice. And you should only ever have 1 partner interview unless they have changed the process which I’m not aware of

Its very hard to get job into big4 as a fresher even if you have all the qualifications and reference. Deloitte rejected me 3 times😞

I recommend reaching out to recruiters who specialise in moving from your country to your desired destination and explaining the move you’d like to make - you can find these online with google. Best of luck!

Yes you should absolutely be able to move overseas either internally or externally. Have a word with your team / recruiters and see what they say.

Hey Calum. Do you have any tips specifically for going through with the aptitude and case study round for the role of analyst at L.E.K consulting? Should I be focused on healthcare case studies or not?

Hi, thanks for this, great question. Is the role you are applying for specific to healthcare? If so then yes you can focus on that industry, but if the role covers multiple industries I would prepare for broader case study questions so that you are not caught off guard. As for aptitude tests there are a number of practice websites you can find if you have a google - there are also other KZbin videos on these - sadly I don’t have one but will add this to my list. Hope this helps let me know if you need anything else and good luck.
