Ok, so if where talking about the teams from JL and Avengers#1, then JLA got this. They're a much more powerful team then the original Avengers, with most of the JL being superhumans. Even though most of the League at this point are a bunch of rookies, the fact that two of the Avengers most powerful members Superman can fight, and probably beat, solo, coupled with the problem that another two can be taken down before they could even do much is a serious issue. You could make the argument in that Barry's(Flash) Victor's(Cyborg) and Arthur's(Aquaman) inexperience can be exploited( we are talking about a Kid, a disabled person and a fishermen up against two assassins and a super-soldier here, but that won't help them when it comes to WW who could take all three down in less then a sec, including the Cap. Batman alone off-sets this weakness by being so good at getting them to work together and fight like they been working together for years. So i see this as a mid diff fight for the League, just too much power and not enough weaknesses for Avengers to find a victory. Now if where talking about either the Infinity wars or Endgame teams, then it's way too one-sided by sheer numbers alone. But other than that, the Justice League wins.

The truth is Superman does NOT have a weakness to magic he is just not invulnerable to it. He has fought Mordru a being with an entire universe of magic and survived magic attacks multiple times. As far as Hulk goes, anger does have a top end once you are enraged. You're there, no more upper levels. Like, oh, now I'm double enraged. Lol Nice try, but don't make sense. Superman is also a genius with access to advanced technology from Krypton from the City of Kandar. As far as tactics apon meeting Blood Shot, he calculated the ballistics of every single bullet ever fired by him. Superman has a reaction speed of 5% to the speed of light. He held a black hole in his bare hands. His heat vision is 10,000 degrees F or 5,500 degrees C. Some of these Heros mentioned would not have a chance. And most of them I really love and read their comics all the time. Having kryptonite does not mean he is so stupid to just stand there waiting for you to use it. He is also invulnerable and regenerates fast. He has taken a supernova blast (that's equal to the explosion of 50 suns, ninety-nine Nonillion tons). All his 5 senses are enhanced. I have a lot more examples but I think I made my point. I think his real weakness arrogance. He never comes out of the gate at full power and that could be a problem with a truly powerful opponent.

Well thankfully we got the answer in The Amalgam verse, twice in fact! Superman probably beat Tony cause he didn't know Superman abilities and was arrogant. They didn't really fight but Iron man did slap supes out of the sky knocking him out briefly. Bruce makes a comment that if he had a suit like Ironman he wouldn't need to keep a piece of kryponite! So I think an initial contact Superman would win of course. But if Tony is able to acquire intel on Superman and build a buster suit would be game over and the biggest argument for this is because Bruce(Batman) has done this and Bruce isn't even in Tony's league not even close! In the amalgam verse Tony doesn't get the chance to figure anything out about supes and still holds his own! Ultimately though it's Thor that fights Superman. Thor loses due to arrogance. Superman states this himself. Got me think though: A completely unhinged Tony Stark would be such an awesome villain for Superman, would be like Bruce Wayne, Luther, Metalo, Brainiac, Cyborg and RocketRed all rolled into one!

Ppl often compare Batman to Ironman but they are 2 very different characters. Though kind of similar they are very different as people. Both rich with suits to help fight and both very intelligent but Tony doesnt have the capability to shut down or kill a man like superman. Superman is too much for Iron Man alone. Batman doesnt take bad fights without the necessary prep needed which is why hes highly respected even among gods like Superman, Flash, and even Wonderwoman. Batman is the peak of human strength and ingenuity but even he has his limits.
