In USA are you supposed to stretch the yarn when doing the number of chains to equal 41cm or 16.1 inches for the shoulder measurement, because this is 100% acrylic yarn? Other tops I have made with 100% acrylic yarn end up too big and boxy...thanks I love this top and have found where I can get the yarn. I think this is a summer weight yarn of #3. Thank you for replying....

i made this a gift for my mom because she is travelling in 2 days. This was a fast and easy tutorial to work with and the next time i’ll see my mom is probably a few months so i want to make her something before she left. I used a black yarn with a 5 mm hook , i love this tutorial ❤❤

5:04- ends the band 12:15-starts the skirt To crochet the skirt only-->HDC one row after band is finished. Then begin the skirt, starting with the skirt's HDC instructions.
