40 years lol. "Soon" may not be as soon as you'd expect. Soon could be in the next couple hundred years, 50 years or even 1 year. My take on this is with ever generation, we get more and more vulgar, some suicidal, some murderous, not just particular groups, but the energy of our society has shifted so much, even since I was born, in 2000. I've witnessed an attitude change since when I was little. Less good people it seems. Even those of old age. Pop culture shifted from light hearted and satirical. Today, it's depressing. "Celebrities" look like the wealthy ones in the hunger games. Real showy. We mock God with LGBTQ and abortion and act like it's fun and joyful and a necessity in an equal opportunity society and some defend it to a rage. Insanity. We have weapons that no one in recorded history had. We have advanced so much to the point that we can destroy the earth in hours. We have that. And we play with it. You don't see the end of times, because you are not paying attention to a bigger picture and piecing it all together. Not need to panic, though. There's nothing we can do but focus on God's will for us and our impact on the world. I don't know what my purpose is right now, but I long for the day when I find it. And some days I do. I don't want to be a victim to the negativity
