I love this. Because I somehow got this synth but it seemed so different from my usual serum I was lost with it. Still sort of wondering about a lot with this thing.

I think, personally, it breaks too chaotic. Thats why I always controlled leads notations with midi, never randomizers. What I liked to be kinda chaotic tho, was the cutoff freq. I don't like the cutoff repetitions, so I usually controlled it with rather fast lfo on a random gate. It gives the feeling of natural on-the-go hand filtering.

Hey, this tutorial gave me the special kick and helps me lastly understand, making the Kick procedure. Very helpful. Thank you first. Is it possible to make a tutorial about the base procedure also? With Serum and Bouncing etc. Anyways. Thank you very much for your work and sharing your individuel Style here! I am amused often and amazed. Greatz from Berlin Sir.

Why everybody now adds so much delay to fm leads?

So, do you have to have the midi receiver in one track, then route the output to a instrument, and then again have a midireciver on the next track and route it to instrument two and so on up to 4 instruments?

Also a bit of EQ around 250hz and 2kHz will add to fullness and agressiveness.

I completely agree that the same calculations are being performed on the OsTirus as on the real Ti so the output will be identical, but the null test in the video is not convincing: when playing the result of the test at 6:17 I can clearly here a low level residue. I'm convinced it's due to either level or phase differences between the Ti and OsTirus, but it's still a fact that there is an audible residue, it's not completely silent. In fact I think it would be very unlikely to be able to match above all the phase exactly, as one would need to take into account various differences in latency between the USB connection and the OsTirus plugin.

Needed this, very much helping. Alligning the tail to the rootnote is a discussion on itself, nevertheless it hepled. Kick 3 makes it even easier because a reference kick can be loaded.

Use Granulator III, a couple of mapped LFO devices and any reverb you have lying around. Same basic process.

9:05 basically emulating how songs were recorded, by assigning multiple tracks to one stereo buss, which then feeds two of the many tracks of multitrack tape.

I personally prefer the ositirus sound sometimes If the converters are shot the virus sounds harsh..at my case I have high end but heard to lesser ones and it wasn't as good

Really love the sound, thanks for the video! Tried it out myself and works good on faster BPM with a simple kick and hihat; groovy and very electronic. I just don't understand what inverting the second S&H does? Does it add a modulation thats different from not inverting it?

The only thing that makes sense in comparison between two digital streams is jitter. Streamlined hardware dsp might have lower jitter, than general purpose cpu, but this is only theoretical. Needs real measurements.
