That pouch is almost a clone of badger framing pouch. I guess it's a good thing so your pouch brands match. To be clear this is really badger style which makes a fantastic framing belt.

Hey sir you might not see this but i tried this on my 1988 jetta coupe with a 5 speed manual and all i heard was a click from the starter then it stopped and didnt work no more. Now when i flick the switch for the hazard lights the relay just buzzes. Do you know what the issue might be and do you know if everything will all be fine if i just simply change the relay?😊

@gerrycoffey12 жыл бұрын
awesome , you probably cost noritz 2 million bucks because americans like to repair things. Most people call a company and they say you need a new unit. Way to go!!!!!! The problem with the new hot water heaters is they are more sensitive. I installed a new combi boiler for my house but also kept my original boiler as back up. At five year mark will tear it apart and clean exchanger. The only worry i have is parts after 15 years. American ingenuity at work. Thanks again
@salth2osr2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Still going strong after 2 years! It was inoperable when I did this...
@gerrycoffey12 жыл бұрын
Actually you should contact navien because Mikey pipes is crucifying them for bad heat exchangers. You could open your own company just cleaning and retrofitting these high efficiency boilers. They are almost exactly the same heat exchangers. Because it's labor intensive but you could due this in garage. The heat exchangers aren't bad their just overheating because like your previous owner people don't service it at all. Call navien and tell them you will retrofit their old replacement heat exchangers. Mikey pipes is replacing heat exchangers because of minute gas leaks on top of primary heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is getting too hot and bolts holding top are expanding. A little high temp rtv and some loctite and you could be done in two hours. He's charging navien probably 5 hrs plus a new heat exchanger. They are suing him to get him to remove you tube podcasts.
@gerrycoffey12 жыл бұрын
Noritz and Rheem have same heat exchangers too. But you know there is a whole business just servicing these because you could get really good and quick at it. Not to mention flushing them every year.

Thanks for posting this. It looks easy enough. Is it hard to get the bottom of the shock back in the mount? Can it just be compressed by hand to get it in there? Does it require a new shock? I would expect the travel on the shock to be too long now?
@salth2osr2 жыл бұрын
According to Agile Off Road the shock is now in a better more neutral position. I jacked up the shock higher and then guided into the hole, quickly slid in the bolt

You sir saved yourself a lot of money. That’s why I stay away from noritz, such a bad design. Ither manufacturers designed it to where easy to pull the burners out to clean.
