Great walkthrough. Did you enjoy living there? My daughter maybe taking a job in Dallas and is looking for apartments in the city. The Mayflower is on her list. She has not visited yet, so your video has helped us get a good look at one of the apartments. Do you mind sharing some details about your experience? Was the rent affordable, was it safe? How were the managers? How friendly or courtesous are neighbors? Any insights you would like to share would be helpful. Thanks!

I enjoyed living there until Management changed. The building then started to go downhill from there. There were many instances where the elevators were broken for weeks, garage had people trapped unable to leave for work because the gate broke, a pest control problem because they weren't clearing the trash shoot properly and it kept getting jammed so that made it stink. The view and apartment itself was nice but the other issues is why I moved. Maintenance is very nice but overworked during because the AC units often go out both in summer and winter. The front office is rude and dismissively disrespectful.

Just looked a few of these up that I really like & put them on a card I labeled , taste the Father's flavor HOWEVER you've changed them ( no matter the translation ) so much. Eg, proverbs 1624 a soothing word is like a honeycomb sweet to the soul & healing to the bones....that's thee original & is even better. The word of God should NOT be added to or taken from as it flows like a harmony
