As someome who actually got to sleep in the godzilla hotel. For whatever reason the room we got didint have any godzilla models inside as far as i can remember there were just movie posters that were painted onto the wall

Great! It's such a fantastic film, especially the dirty city scenes shown here. It's surreal to see it now and how very similar it looks to the 1969 version. It really is the best Godzilla film. Thanks for doing the research and work to make this little video.

Thank you! It was shot on the Panasonic S1H and Contax AE lenses. Lighting was very minimal thanks to the camera's low-light capabilities.

We were actually preparing to shoot some interviews (like we did on SciFi Japan TV) when COVID put a stop to everything. We do have some more location hunts like this one planned too (including one for G54 which will involve a lot of travel), but it's just a matter of waiting for everything to calm down now.
