I subscribed to your channel because of the Robert Starer Rhythmic Training book videos you made. I had no idea who you were or what instrument you played. But nowadays I get so excited when you post a violin video because each one rocks!

Beautiful! You are talented and you are valuable! Amazing playing! Finishing this bottle - Liz Carroll's Drunken Sailor Hornpipe is beyond words. She would be proud, among most of my folkie friends. Have an amazing day. ❤️🔥

Would this be the Cliffs of Moher? I am drunken and unable to tell... Hahahah. You've much potential with a band at side. Played most beautifully! All the love in the world! <333 Keep it up, as stated before.

@mysterymichaelman thanks for all your kind comments Michael!! Sending all the best to you. This isn't the Cliffs of moher, but another jig. This one is by Jerry Holland, he called it My Vega Mandolin

@@mikelafiddleGoodness me! 😅 I should have known. Your playing is straightway and clear, with no infractions that I am able to discern. Yes, talented playing and great potential here - but complements are naught but the flattery of convention! Obtain a mic and band, and you shall conquer ALL! Sovay is an English folk song, but most beautifully bucolic and romantic. If there is anything under the audial Anglospheric array of rich gems and jovialities, it is my recommendation you listen to Carthy's rendition of Sovay. My first (and only in this world as I see it) love was a brunette named "Zoe" hence the sentimentality. Oh, it was but a sob story; I love her. A friend of mine's mother died most cruelly within the twenty four hours of performing it publicly... Have you ever played in front of a large audience? Cheers, dear fiddling friend! ❤️🔥

P.S. you are a gem yet to obtain fame, I am sure of it. Life must yield only that of growth, else is misery untold as we were all born into. Most of a bottle of brandy in my system, though the encouragement to higher and higher conquests still stand in sobriety. Beautiful uploads and playing!!! Hope your Sunday is WONDERFUL! 👍

What more beautiful indulgence in artistry than that of our ancestral music?! A happy drunk, I am, greatest accolades to all of you fine performers - but what of the complete edition? I hope to see an album from you someday. All the love in the world - the folk of the Isles is naught but our solace. Cheers!
