Holliday is credited 3 to 7 actual killings. He was incredibly quick on the draw, but he usually fired before taking proper aim. He shot a good number of men, ending confrontations, but not mortally. More often than not, he’d hit legs or feet, even. It was his quickness that made him a legend (along with a total disregard of the likelihood of death). As far as utilizing a pistol and a shotgun simultaneously at the OK Coral - not entirely true. He was armed with both, but emptied the shotgun barrels first. He then drew both his pistols. Extremely interesting figure in history.
