Yes, but it's overweighted due the heavy 1000 W Bafang system. And there is no information if the rear hub is 197x12 mm. I have also got information that Foes are planning to manufacture Foes Mutz full suspension e-fatbike with Bosch system. Actually they take already pre-orders. But there is no information, when would those possibly be available.

Katana-merkkisen halpistolpan 125mm mittaisena. Pyörä kun on S-kokoinen, siihen ei oikein pidempää saa/kannata laittaa.

Yeah! I just rode today my last longer ride before the race. It was 100 km on a Gravel bike on sand based roads. Average speed was 25 km/h. Now all the trainings has been done. Just a short opener in the next Friday before the race!

Yeah, it was a bit hard :) The average hr was 176 bpm and average power 181 W. I know, that my power producing lacks a lot and I need to do something to get more power of my legs. Maybe some gym work.

Unfortunately there is no one source to get a complete race calendar, but here are some races (unfortunately just in Finnish): pyoraily.fi/kalenteri/ I would say that Tahko MTB (www.tahkomtb.fi/) is the most popular event in Finland. Next race I am going to participate is in about week and it's called Aittovuori XC. The size is S. The original setup without pedals was 11,55 kg (see the chapter starting at 6:03). After seat post replacement and pedal installation the weight was 12,44 kg and after doing the tubeless setup with Vittoria Inserts and replacing the carbon handlebar, the final weight is 12,3 kg.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experiences. That was good information and I need to pay attention especially on hub bearings. I have ridden on that bike just about 300 km, because in winter time I have ridden on a fatbike. Now I am riding on my gravel, until the rest of the snow melts from the trails in the woods. IMO if the bearings were good quality, they should be sealed and they should be able to handle significant amount of moisture. The headset of my fatbike was in perfect condition, even after this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIbHdZill9t6bq8 So I have to say, there seems to be differences in bearing quality. Luckily the bearings are quite cheap to buy and at least I am able to replace them by myself.

Great! She hasn't asked for front suspension (she hasn't never tried a bike with front suspension). I preferred the weight over the front suspension. Thanks for asking! There are several races in Finland in may. In Southern Finland 11.5.2024 there is Evoc MTB 2024: www.evoc-mtb.fi/. Also in Central Finland, Jyväskylä there is Harju MTB 9.5.2024, but that is just riding about 2 km pretty easy circle, but it includes quite steep climbs and descends: www.jyps.fi/tapahtumat-ja-toiminta/kilpailutoiminta/keski-suomen-pyorailycup/harju-mtb. There may also be Aulanko MTB event in the Hämeenlinna in the second half of May, but that has not been confirmed yet. I was there last year and here is a video of it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/apvNm2OClquGnrc. There is a link to the route .gpx and the event home page in the description of that video.

In this video there was 34 tooth chainring. The maximum size depends on the frame. For example I thing this trek fuel ex 9.8 frame the 34 is absolutely the maximum, because bigger would not fit.

I guess you mean the part where the cables goes through. Yeah, mine was easy to install back. If your's is not fitting easily, my guess is that some of the cables is not on its right place. You need also to ensure that the cables don't go straight from up to down, but more horizontal. I would also check that there are not any extra objects like cable cover cap or something like that under the headset cap.

Käytännössä siinä 25 km matkassa on suhteessa paljon enemmän polkua kun ainakin 60 km matkassa. Elämäni eka kisa oli juurikin tuo Tahko MTB 25 km vuonna 2021 ja ajoin sen Fatbikellä. Alun perin piti osallistua sähköpyörällä 60 km matkalle, mutta sähköpyörä hajosi juuri ennen kisaa enkä ehtinyt saada sitä kuntoon. En sitten uskaltanut lähteä luomulla 60 km matkalle varsinkin kun silloin oli ihan älytön helle. Olisin muuten ollut yleiskisassa muistaakseni 7. sijalla ja Fatbike-ryhmän voitin, koska siinä oli vaan 3 osallistujaa. Mutta tuo 25 km matka onkin vähän sellainen junnumatka. Mutta siitä se kilpailuinnostus sitten lähti. Vaan eipä ole koskaan sen jälkeen noin hyvää sijoitusta tullut, paitsi jos lasketaan takaperin :) Eli häntäpään sijoituksia on kyllä kertynyt paljon...

Tahkon loppulaskussa ei ole mitään pelättävää ainakaan niin kauan kun pyörästä löytyy jarrut. Ainut, mikä itseäni voisis siinä ahdistaa on se, että joku tulee aivan perässä kiinni. Jos Tahkolle menee jo edellisenä päivänä, sen loppulaskunhan voi käydä harjoittelemassa etukäteen. Mutta vähän saman tapaista voi käydä harjoittelemassa myös esim. Laajavuoren bike parkissa.

Juu, ei tosiaan tunnista lehdettömiä puita. Tässä on suunnitelmissa päivittää DJI Mini Pro 4 -malliin mahdollisesti hyvinkin pian. Täytyy sitten testata, olisiko tuo puoli kehitttynyt. Ainakin mini 3 ja 4 välillä DJI kovasti kehuu esteiden tunnistuksen kehittyneen. Tuossa jäällä kuvaamassani videossa toimii kyllä tosi hyvin: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r3e4h2ltn7aIpMU, vaikka pyöräillessä ohjaamisessa onkin omat haasteet. Muualla on menty riskillä ja se on toteutunutkin. Sivussa olen oppinut korjaamaan näitä Mavic 2 Pro -droneja :)

Kiitos palautteesta! Voi tosiaan olla, että ei ihan kesäkelissä mönkkäri pysy pinnalla, sen verran enenmmän on painoa :) Kyllä olen ollut tyytyväinen Feltiin. Ostin tämän ensimmäiseksi pyöräksi pyöräilyharrastuksen alkaessa syksyllä 2018 ja se oli silloin reilun vuoden käytetty. Pyörä on vieläkin kovassa käytössä ja parin viikon päästä on taas tarkoitus osallistua Ähtärin talvimaastopyöräkisaan sillä. Toki siinä ei ole alkuperäistä enää muuta kuin kammet, runko etujarru ja ohjainlaakeri. Muut osat ovat päivitysten saatossa korvautuneet uusilla. Syksyllä meinasin jo myydä pyörän, kun tuli tilattua Perusta custom fat -runko 65 asteen keulakulmalla, mutta heillä on ollut toimitusvaikeuksia eikä vieläkään ole tietoa toimitusajasta. Tänä talvena olen ajanut tällä ensimmäistä kertaa jäykällä keulalla ja ainakaan minä en ole kaivannut etujousitusta ollenkaan. Siinä on siis muiden pyöräkauppojen yhdeydessä itselleni ajautunut Whiten hiilikuitukeula. Vaikka Perusta joskus sitten tulisikin hauskalla geolla oleva runko, luulen, että jätän Feltin kuitenkin itselleni ja osallistun sillä jatkossakin mahdollisiin talvikisoihin. Eilen juuri laitoin hiilikuituvanteille uudet 26x4 Jumbo Jimit ja nämä on tarkoitus laittaa Ähtäriin alle, ellei sitten tule sellaiset kelit, että pitää lähteä nastarenkailla.

Sattumalta tulin sivullesi ja tätä videota katsoessa huomasin että testissähän on samanlainen Feltti josta tein kaupat. Pitäisi tulla ensiviikolla. Laitoin Helkaman sähköläskin vuosi sitten ja nyt kesäpyöräksi sitten tulossa tavallinen fatbike. Hyvin toteutettuja videoita sinulla.

Yeah, and seems to be quite reliable!

As you may have noticed, there are some clips from the fork in the beginning of the ride part. But the power pack, where the gopro was connected, died in about 30 mins and of course the camera after that. The Insta was also connected to power pack, but the power pack was located in my backpack and I guess that's why it survived. Regarding the Insta, that was the first 16:9 video where I used it. I am not sure yet if I like it or not. At least the footage quality is crap which is a bit sad thing especially in this video. In 4k that would have been even more stunning. And Insta is not supporting waterproof USB pass through port at all unlike Gopro. But I have a feeling, that Gopro is planning to launch a consumer 360 camera that supports 4k. The reason for my suspicion is that they released a new Max Lens Mod 2.0 with Gopro 12 and it supports also 4k in Max Lens mode. I have also ordered that lens mod, but haven't got it yet. However I did read from somewhere that at least one user was disappointed of the quality of that new max lens mod. Of course that is also a bit subjective.

Of course it takes some time. And when you add things like charging cable for the watch that is attached to handlebars, power pack for the visor heater, all the lights, earphones and the heart rate sensor, it really takes time and everything need to be ready when waking up on the morning. If something is missing it takes a lot of time. Or you have to go to poop after all the clothes are on :) Usually I ride 1,5 - 3 hours, so the rides are relatively long and it's worth of doing all those preparations.
