I have and still use my Abu ambassadeur Garcia 6500 c3 ultra cast and with a spool of 10lb line with 50lb breaker line and 6oz lead weight this will hit 200yrds all day long. A good pendulum cast is the way to go for distance if needed..

Is their any way to increase the tension on these baitcaster clickers? Spinning reels with "bait runners" have an adjustment to increase the tension to allow for current and the size of your live bait.

This gotta be the most overly complicated extremly difficult carp bait to make like way to much stuff thats not easy to found. 1000% Old fashion Oats, Panko bread crumbs, stawberry jello, and can of corn is the simplest way to make carp bait folks and there will be no difference in amount of carp you catch all bought a wally world for under ten bucks for a trip.

How long do you keep all your baits? I have heard different things from a lot of people. All my baits I have made are months old and out of everything I have made I haven’t caught a carp. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Syrup Baits pretty much never go bad you might need to add more syrup if they dry up to keep them packing. My guess is if your not catching fish your rig could be wrong or your bait is breaking apart on impact when it hits the water
