Cut the carbs, I've done 35 days omad just meat and vegetables and lost 30 lbs
@Stephslosingit1Ай бұрын
That ABSOLUTELY WORKS! I use the 20:4 intermittent fasting window, eat about 25-30g of carbs most days, and have lost a little over 20 lbs and kept it off for a year. It is a GREAT LIFESTYLE!! If you can be consistent with it, it WILL work for you!

Do you have any Top hat face balancing videos? I can balance a club, but would love to try a hat!
@mikecorrcircusАй бұрын
I have one on how to balance a cap on your nose. I can put it on the list to make one with top hats, the principle is basically the same though, you need to just find the balance point which is less obvious than the top of a club

Salute to your great teaching from India. I like juggling very much and do practice some tricks like cascade, reverse cascade, underarm, half shower and shower. I learn half shower and shower from your tutorial. 🙏 I use tennis ball for juggling but it’s getting difficult now when I try to upgrade myself. Can you please suggest what type of non bouncy ball one should use?
@mikecorrcircus2 ай бұрын
Thank you - softer balls are better, like beanbags. You can make some using socks/sand/balloons. Check out my tutorial on making balls

The eternal question my friend - I have some videos on finding work, will be making more too
@Calgacus73 ай бұрын
lol, what he said about the 18:6 being a gateway into longer fasts is so true. I accidentally stumbled into fasting with just a few life adjustments. I stopped having breakfast because I had limited time in the mornings (I would rather sleep more) and I stopped eating after 7:00pm. I already took late lunches at 1:00pm so now I’m doing 18:6 right out of the gate. It’s really easy to get use to; and I’m finding that I’ll have days where I accidentally do like 20 hour fasts because I might have an early dinner and just not eat after.

you speak so well you teach so well your vidoes were fundamental in my juggling journey. i continue to learn more tricks, but it was your videos that i used to replay and pause tens of times to refer during the beginning thanks very much, mike more power to you❤

I first learnt with a hula hoop, and could do with a staff too, it’s just the basic spin though to get the hang of the hand movement, then it’s the same with cube, actually easier with the momentum
