Just because a doctor goes to medical school for 4 years doesn't mean they know what they're doing. Liquid gets into system faster than pill/capsule. No compression, it will increase pain. A good shoe Ortho Feet and orthotic insert. Fold over an anklet sock and place it inside an oversize anklet sock making sure to place it lower down nearer heel to relieve ball of foot / pad pain at toes. Amazing. Hope that helps some folks.

Maybe you doctors would benefit from considering the whole body and not just parts and masking pain with pills and surgery because the solutions and 15 min consultation is not enough to service a patient that may not know what is going on and needs support from medical specialists like you said: trained for so many years treating symptoms and not the root cause. I walked into the GF store and my back pain and foot pain improved drastically over 50%, something I would have never experienced with any podiatrist or pain management doctor who all that is pitched is surgery. I know so many with surgeries who are worse than when they had the condition and that is super sad to hear.

He said Kinda cleanse it! OMG no no no! You THROUGHLY THROUGHLY CLEAN IT OFF. My pain dr. Technician did the kinda cleaning it off. It was horrific horrendous most pain i have ever had. It burned horribly. I was literally screaming out loud. My suggestion, after your session, have a gallon of milk, or plain yogurt to soak your feet to stop the burning. Just make sure they clean it off realllllly good.
