I don’t really want to talk about the Borderlands movie anymore as I made a terrible review on it 2 months ago, but I really think the reasons as to why the movie flop can be sum up to 3 reasons. 1 was that the movie’s story and some casting choices were a mess and just bad miscasting (Like Jamie Lee Curtis as Tannis why!). 2 was that unlike other video game movies Borderlands wasn’t as popular as it was back in the Early to Mid 2010s, so an adaptation of it was bound to fail. And 3 is because the audience & critics who did see it hated it, and because of that, lots of people didn’t see it. That and Deadpool & Wolverine had already been in theaters but still. Compare that to the Super Mario Bros Movie where it can be enjoyed by anyone, including their family members, as well as the fact that Mario’s a pop culture icon, it makes more sense as to why the Mario movie was successful and was a box office success.

Great video! Love the editing. I think Spider-Man would make the most sense but Idk if that's possible with the different studios... so maybe Daredevil or Domino.

With the exception of Pedro Pascal, I dont even vaguely know these peopl. But i just cant imagine them based on pictures as tge Fantastic Four. (Also, if they really wanted to try for diversity, this was a great opportunity to make Ben Grimm black, Latino, or part even asian.)

You've overlooked over 300 silent films which featured Sherlock Holmes, so you are incorrect. While Louis Hector was the first TV Holmes, Gilbert M. Anderson was first in film in Adventures of Sherlock Holmes aka Held For Ransom (1905). Eille Norwood played Sherlock Holmes 47 Silent Movies (1921-23). Sherlock Holmes surpasses Dracula in film appearances, and if you consider Jesus Christ as a literary character he would surpass Dracula also.

if you understand apple, youll understand why not apple. apple isnt gonna make something if its not gonna be different. hairdryers, appliances, vacuums... there isnt something different to be done, so apple wont do it. apple doesnt follow, they lead. that doesnt mean they purely invent their ideas, or arent prompted by competitors to add features others introduce first. but, they wont be second to market on a great idea. they will be first or not at all. thats why people who love apple love apple, and apple understands this.

@@YOUNGJBR i think one claim that this video makes is that apple innovations and new products are not rare, but infrequent. which goes along with my point. they have two relatively recent innovations: the ARM cpu being used as desktop class processors, and the apple vision. like with any of their innovations, its not that these ideas didnt exist, it's what they ventured to do with them. in the case of using ARM cpus, confronting the juggernaut that is Intel and the x86 model, and proving to the entire market that after a 30 year reign, they can be outdone. thats a big deal, again an area where apple will have been the first in something significant. as far as the apple vision, well, again, not a new idea, but possibly taken to a less niche place that in future iterations, like the iphone, similar products could become commonplace in the market and homes. once upon a time, the iphone was but a seed of what the entire smartphone industry would become. history has already proven to have a different lens of apple than we have had at many times in its past, and as long as they dont lose their way... ie thinking they have something to prove, like making refrigerators, or maybe even making VR headsets... but the results of their choices, apple i think has proven, only time will tell. but so far theres a pretty good track record of them being ahead of the curve, and this certainly hasnt disappeared with Jobs, as i think the ARM CPU decision, and other ways in which their new product decisions are tempered and measured, shows.
