Hi Chris. In Poland it is very popular tree and none of the stores is selling the walnut wood. Usually I'm searching among my friends who will be cutting down walnut tree and then I'm buying it from them or exchange on some of my works.

Great piece, Rav and I really enjoyed the video. When I started watching videos on my woodworking channel, rather than my original personal account, I wanted to subscribe to all the channels I was subscribed to on the other one. Somehow, I haven’t seen any of your videos in a while 😮 I just subscribed again and can’t wait to see what you make next! Peace, my friend!

Bro, you're really lucked out with that wood - stripes and colors every which way you look. (Your European walnut is very different from what grows here!) And the form ? The overhang is inspired. So 5 Stars today ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Take care my friend. -Mike

Beautiful piece Rav! Put the bowl in direct sunlight for a few days and the purple heart will get more purple. Something in the wood reacts with sunlight to make the color more vivid.

Thank You very much, Scott 🤝 I know about purple heart it comes purple under UV light from the sunlight but the summer heat from the Sun can destroy the bowl too and make it cracked. Slowly it should change the color when standing on the shelf. All the best my friend 👍
