Raw veganism is not a viable diet for most people. Most people need grains and beans.

The best thing for b12 is a vitamin supplement or you can eat vitamin inrich foods. This is actually better than eating animal product vegan to take vitamin B12 often have higher B12 than vegetarian.

I find it interesting that the red pill community claims this idea of enlightenment, even taking the analogy from the matrix, when actually they are clearly indoctrinated. They claim to “question” but are deeply set in very ignorant, uninformed, beliefs that play into everything they do and say. There is no actual critical thinking or questioning, just a blind adherence to a belief system while using straw man arguments to question anything that pushes against that belief system. It’s really effective propaganda because it gets people, especially men, to believe they are questioning while in reality they are blindly believing the misogyny that our culture has been teaching them since birth.

"The dietary choices that are keeping you in pain that you think are "healthy"" "The WORST THINGS you are DOING ON A DAILY BASIS that are UNKNOWINGLY wrecking your digestion" I understand that you won't give a therapy session for free and that is completely valid and a right thing to do. However, you didn't have to scare people into bying your program... Some of us are in no financial possition to pay for therapy and the best thing we can do is desperetly looking for help on the internet. And the idea of "I'm doing recovery completely wrong and making terrible mistakes every day" is terrifying. I will rather ruin my body with my ed than ruin my body trying and failing in recovery. Both options are bad, the first one is "lesser evil".

I'm 21 and I'm giving recovery a chance after 6+ years of anorexia after it completely took over my life and I ended up dropping out of uni, completely isolating myself from everyone I know and with many perminent heart issues. I live alone. I have no money for a therapist and no support from friends/family. I was in inpatient treatment a few years ago and it only made things so much worse for my ed. It would mean a world to me if I could find a welcomming community but I have no idea how and where to look for it.

I look and feel SO much better eating animal foods. Night and day.I was not thriving in any way as a vegan. I was vegan for 13 years. A huge mistake for me. Got on fatty meat and raw milk and it brought me back to life and transformed my daughter as well. So glad you are finding your way.

Whatever. 😂 I’ve been Whole Foods plant based for 10 years. Going strong, reversed metabolic disease, IBS, and appear to have halted MS progression. A true plant based diet isn’t restrictive if you are whole foods to begin with. This is just a silly claim you’re claiming. 😂

The enthusiasm here is contaigous! That being said,if you need help getting out of a destructive pattern or situation,by all means don’t let fear of paying for that help stop you from becoming well. But know this, you will hear people ascribe power and influence to the universe, this is akin to giving praise and credit to a sculpture instead of the artist who created and brought it to fruition. The universe does not care about you,God does.In times of crisis,it,or tarot, crystals, affirmations, safe ,whatever, are powerless to save. And this kind of healing is free, this kind of rescue cost zero. What are you chasing?income?a perfect partner?the void is meant to be filled w gods love.leave him out of it and you will get counterfeits.Counterfeits don’t last, and they always come at a price .

Hey girls! When you talked about how our health is affected by our emotions and trying to figure out what emotions may be trapped that caused the vitiligo or other symptoms it made me think about two books that I love regarding trapped emotions and our health. Firstly, “The Secret Language of your Body” by Inna Segal. And secondly, “The Emotion Code” by Dr. Bradley Nelson. ❤

A recent study found that doing well on a vegan/vegetarian diet is the result of genetics. Genetically speaking, some people have a genetic makeup that causes them to not do well on plant based diet.

I think is why there are all these studies that vegans will cite to show that a vegan diet is great. They are all population based studies and it makes sense that the people who stay on a vegan diet are the ones who are predisposed to do well on it. Those of us who tried it and felt awful are just considered not vegan and lumped in with the rest of the population.

Chlo you will look absolutely great as an older woman - promise me you won't do botox or any fake facework, you actually look better in the future than now lol! xx I love your confidence and conviction on having a healthy body, not a skinny one. The really harmful part of those photos is that I'd be afraid to go out in public after everyone sees those perfect images, they'll wonder 'what happened to HER?' We are all unique and perfection is generic, so blah.

I'm also very happy to see you back on KZbin - don't disappear! As for AI, alas it's just a ramped up version of the 1970s-80s fashion magazines where models were razor thin, 'heroin chic' and an unhealthy lifestyle was admired. I don't think there's any way to avoid it other than not looking at it and/or convincing yourself that IT'S NOT REAL - it is a computer acting on women's fears and insecurities in this shallow, youth oriented culture. Many women are returning to a back to the land and ancestral foods style diet which does not promote low fat or restricting.

I'm just coming from the raw vegan diet myself. I actually liked it but I was lazy hate to cook. Wound up on fruit fasts which I only used temporarily a couple weeks at a time. However I'd gain weight. Hated it. Anyway veg was bloating me so and my eyes weren't looking crisp and white. I ordered beef liver supplements. I eat honey. Fruits expensive. But now I grow my own melons and have too many. Just a few weeks ago I was craving fish and eggs. I had it. But I get eggs fresh from my farm. And I don't trust all the fruits from the store. Anyways I'm eating scrambled eggs now. I'm forcing myself off the all vegan. For eggs fish raw butter some turkey and maybe bison and beef . I will keep melons from my garden and local fruits and berries. I've seen people thrive on the fruterian diet but I don't think they realize it's only meant to be a cleanse to fix the gut and organs then go onto eating a stronger diet with good foods.

i watched all these girls who got their period back, but most of them were underweight or overly exercise. While me myself, i am more on the heavier side on the BMI scale (170cm with 73kg), i only do light yoga twice a week, but i do eat so little (i do one meal a day fasting, and maybe only eat less than 1000 cal per day). I always have trouble with losing weight, i always eat less and less but my weight fluctuates easily. Yo-yo weight. Until suddenly i lost my period for 2 months now.. Do you think bigger girl like me also have to gain some more weight? or actually i have to lose more weigh to reach a healthier BMI?

Hey, Let me tell you one think: what you are doing is not sustainable. I think the best thing for you to do is step back from weight loss and start your period recovery and definitely increase your calorie intake. Since you aren’t overweight you shouldn’t worry about weight gain at all. Everyone has there own set point weight and yours might be on the bigger side. I know this might not be what you want to hear but I think you should maybe try to accept your body and try to love it just like it is. Please don’t go on living like this it will harm you much.

As a fellow millennial, I too remember the awkward years of middle and early high school. But if kids now have found a way to skip that, more power to them! The bullying, torment and teasing that so many of us endured at the hands of the kids who somehow didn't have an awkward phase will all be avoided. Also, you're mentioning a lot of famous peoples kids, who of course won't have an awkward phase as they have access to things most people don't. And don't forget about filters. Filters can make even the most awkward kid appear pretty cool. It's also a bit ironic that you're talking about this while one of the first pics on your IG is you in a bikini, like @0:54. Kids emulate adults, so if they see adults and teens posting pics in revealing outfits, they will too.

You're right - stay away from the big Ozemp___ -- the latest warnings were a woman had such severe side effects (there are many, but they don't list the worst ones) she had to have her colon removed due to a bowel obstruction/paralysis! Now she's on an ostomy ? bag attached to her stomach. No thanks!! People say that bad side effects are rare but it only takes one and that could be you - who needs that risk? Not me!

Not every woman who doesn't have kids was career obsessed. I think that's another lie being spread about women. Some of us just haven't met the right person. I knew I wanted kids for sure by 26, but I'm nearly 32 and it still hasn't happened yet. I do the bare minimum at work, 40 hours and done, never do any OT because I hate working more than I need to, and yet still get accused of being obsessed with career. We've started to lob that term at any woman who isn't sitting around unemployed even if they are completely single and therefore couldn't be a homemaker even if they wanted to. We've just started demonizing women no matter what they do.

I want an answer to my question. I have been recovering for a while now and my period came after a month and a half. It was somewhat regular. It came on June 30 and did not come in July. For a while now I have been suffering from a lot of white discharge. In the last two days I had a lot of red discharge. Then today I bled, but it wasn’t a lot. However, I suffer from stomach bloating and bloody discharge.
