I didn’t even know what I was going to watch. I was bored and just searching for something to watch, then I saw this thumbnail with a robot and 'The Wild Robot' in the title, so I clicked on it. to my surprise, I ended up watching one of the best animated movies of all time. It was full of color, life and warmth. really..... I’m so happy i discovered it by accident.

This was easy listening. Did enjoy it. Perhaps the animations were a bit confusing to me only because I couldn't see any storyline continuity with the music. Good animation otherwise. Great work. Kind regards..

Thanks for watching! The footage were parts of other movies to put as a background to the music. It’s really more for context to present a sci-fi style of orchestral music than actual storyline. Thanks for the comment and for subscribing. Have a good one! 😁

What was the song playing when Megan was in the hallway going after the Asian guy? That song was edgy , dark and hot..With a great saucy beat. The cheesy Aliens part at the end was fantastic.

How scary is M3GAN? I usually don't go to horror movies and i really want to see this one. Does it have the same scare level from the Chucky TV show, Look away and quiet place? Because then i can handle it.

Hi there. Yes, I would say that would be about the same level of scary. It’s more creepy really than scary. Not many jump scares if at all. Hope you enjoy it. :)

Come on, everybode knows than the villain than you won t says who is he is the wolf, everybody says than this is one of the best villains of the animation history.
@santiagovalenciamusic2 жыл бұрын
Maybe it is the wolf. Or could it be something else? :)
@JosephFur Жыл бұрын
I am biased because I love wolves, but This Wolf is much darker and much more interesting. He is literally Death that is trying to take Puss's life because he didn't (still doesn't) value his life. The Wolf is the only character that gives Puss Anxiety, Fear, and Cowardness from his fate. This movie has so many great characters that make this movie very strong in a lot of ways but it really shows the reality of certain things and how to battle through them, especially with The Wolf. It's also quite dark for a children's movie but maybe a must-watch for all of the deep meanings and lessons one can learn from it (even for adults).

Hi Santiago, great video and really straightforward tips! I just want to ask you: you’re using Cubase as your main daw but did you use Logic as well before? Which are the best “film-composers features” which Cubase has but not Logic? Is Cubase easy to use or it has a big learning curve compared to Logic? ‘Cause you know I’m a Logic user from ages but now I feel a bit annoyed about it, especially after the last update (which brings Logic a way closer to a loop based daw - intended more for rap/live Dj settings than film scoring unfortunately..). I’m really thinking about changing daw, and I may want to switch to Cubase..but I would not spend too much effort on changing all my settings, key commands and so on. What do you suggest I do, from your experience? Thx so much and sorry for this long comments. All the bests :)
@santiagovalenciamusic4 жыл бұрын
Hey there Pyroz. Thanks for the comment. I did use Logic at the start and found that at the time you couldn't use as many tracks. I'm sure that's changed today. But one of the main things that Cubase has are expression maps which are great for film composers using orchestral sample articulations. I've had other friends trying to have me switch to ProTools but I can't fully because even ProTools doesn't have every feature that Cubase does. (For example: ProTools just added file tracks with ProTools 2020 and Cubase has had that for quite sometime). Yes, it is a bit more expensive but I really do think it is worth the extra money. Overall, I do think it is a more robust DAW with quality features. They do have student discounts so if you are a student then take advantage of that. Hope that helps. All the best to you! :)
