My wife just scratched the outer rim in our new model y 😞. The original wheel cover is fine but the thin outer rim around it has scratched . If I buy new wheel covers will it cover the outer rim ? Your videos are great . Thank you

Then you’re talking $6500 more than a LR RWD or $3500 more than a LR AWD. If you’re thinking about Induction wheels anyway, that difference goes to $4500 or $1500 respectively. For some people, it might be worth it. For me, the range and comfort will be experienced more often than the Performance model’s 0-60. Not to mention you’re replacing your tires more often on the Performance model which are already more expensive to begin with. I elected to put that money toward the tow hitch add-on. 🤙🏼 Thanks for watching!

I’m picking mine up on Wednesday and the question is should I leave my factory screen protector on until the second I want to put my Seguin screen protector on and do I need to clean the screen or if I peel the plastic off like you just did can I instantly put on the speed without risking dirt? Is that the best time?

I waited to peel of the factory film until I was ready to install the screen protector. Since it was pristine, I didn’t need to clean it with anything.

You need to put connectors on the cable going into the charger and the panel. The cable will chafe on the metal opening.

True. I do use Tesla navigation most of the time but Apple Maps and Waze provide road hazard, speed trap, and other warning that Tesla navigation doesn’t yet. Hopefully Tesla can add features like that in the future. 😊

The wall charger calls for a 60A breaker not a 50A breaker. Hopefully you limited the charge level to a 50A breaker size when configuring the wall charger. It is also recommended to use #6 THHN wire rather than romex.

@@cwallace777 Thanks for watching! You can use a 50amp. I reached out to Tesla and they confirmed. The wall connector is properly set to 40amps and the romex is 6 gauge. The only difference is that the cables are wrapped with a protected sleeve. Those are good recommendations 🤙🏼

The wall charger can be connected to "up to" a 60 amp breaker. It doesn't require a 60 amp breaker. That's what the instructions that come in the box says. Tesla can handle anything from a 120 volt, 15/20 amp source to a level 3 supercharger although obviously charging will be much faster.

SoundCloud is not natively supported through any media apps. You can stream it from your phone and listen to the music in the car via Bluetooth.

Yes but if you're running 10.14.6 Mojave there is not any way to download options for your new mouse or keyboard. Logitech themselves told me that. I don't want to upgrade my operating system; therefore I am out of luck for anything from Logitech.

It is a bit more discreet but it doesn’t match the apple space grey color as well… If they added function keys aren’t that important to you, the regular mx keys will work just as good on a mac.
