I am by no means a tow or recovery scholar, but before I put a line onto the lumber truck I would have at least used a skid steer to remove the snow, that has set up like concrete, from around and in front of the truck. If the truck still did not move remove some or all of the load. I'd also consider haveing a knuckle crane, on a roll back to lift onto the truck anything that can't be winched on.

Can't understand we you are not using knetic ropes. In some places those in the ditch stay in the ditch until day light. It's called a tow ban. Much safer for everyone involved.
