I'm a scrap engine user and very rarely I get bricked and I usually end up with Apollousa, Nat Beast, Lars/Baronnes, UCT and Thunder Colossus. I'll have to test the deck with out the scrap engine and see how things go seeing that mostly everyone detest that engine in dinos😭

I'd gotta see your deck list because dinos alone are notorious for bricking and then adding in the scrap engine makes it worse. Don't get me wrong, I have a scrap dino build and it's fun when you combo off but it happens far less often than dinos alone.

@@kingmahde1 I'm losing my mind I'm pretty sure I responded to this comment. Anyways, if I remove the scrap engine the only things I'd add are hand traps cuz the deck already have the main engine (3 of Misc, Ovi, Baby, Fossil Dig and Ground Xeno; 2 UTC and Pills and 1 of Archosaur, Petit, Giant Rex, Xeno Meteorus and normal dino). Also if you have a Scrap Raptor in starting hand you just skip one baby pop in the combo and if you have Scrap Chimera you're fine as well so it doesn't make that much difference imo.

Scrap chimera in hand is fine??? Its always a brick for me. Adding hand traps is very important to stop maxx c and for going 2nd so that's a big reason to not play scrap. Like i said i love scrap but pure is better imo

@@kingmahde1 Chimera is fine in hand as long as you have the usual 2 card combo. As I said if I remove the scrap engine I'd add more hand traps so if I draw them in starting hand they would've been hand traps and not main combo cards. That's the way I see them cuz they're not adding or removing core cards of the deck. And maybe you'd say "but hand traps..." but if you pulled the combo you wouldn't need hand traps as the only thing that breaks the board is the usual Super Poly, Droplet, Dark Ruler, etc which you'd be screwed either way, maybe a small disruption but the chance to do a comeback is close to 0 imo

I used to play it. The scrap engine is very inconsistent and bricky, since the deck already bricks alot people don't like it much.

Hello! You may have to craft certain cards that you don't get out of the packs. You can do this in the deck editor screen.

got CRUSHED by a guy today that used "King of the Swamp" and "Dragon's Mirror". He fusion summoned MAGIA once by using "Timaeus" with "Illusion of Chaos" and "King of the Swamp" from hand and then a second MAGIA with "Dragon's Mirror" with the same materials from the GY.

@@kingmahde1 Figured out the Yubel thing. This is what you need for a basic Yubel package, The Loving Defender Forever, Verte Anaconda, Super Poly, and Fusion Tag. Very simple and easy to do and will catch your opponents off guard.

This is an expensive decks because there's tons of UR required if you go for the crafting method. Is this better than Bystal combined with Dark Magician?

Why would you craft the DM cards when you can buy the starter deck in the shop? Bystial DM alone isn't enough to compete in my experience. Bystials are a good idea in this meta though, if you can make them fit go for it but it's a tight squeeze.

Ehhh "screwed" isn't the right word. I can make the case that you're screwed regardless paying DM...perspective. The reason I have other engines is so I dont only have to rely on toe box. We have branded which can come up clutch with verte, diabel, and good ol DM circle banish.

You could summon verte on extra monster zone instead then go for knightmare gryphon on the bottom and summon magia next to it, thats BROKEN!

He’s playing Toy Box. The card allows you to, “Set monsters to your your Spell/Trap Zones as Spell cards” Extra Foolish Burial is a card that says, “You cannot set Spells/Traps during the turn you activate this card” In short, Extra Foolish Burial would be incredibly counterproductive to this deck lol.

Hey man, glad to see another video and congrats on getting married! I'd love to see if it would be possible to find a way to protect Magia after the setup... It's a STRONG boss monster with the negates that can serve as a protection but it's still targetable by effects I've felt that its too easy to out with them. I saw a Spright/Magia deck and it got me wondering if Spright Elf (or any other method of effect targeting protection) could be integrated in the DM/Magia deck. I've been trying to find a way for it myself it in here but you're a much better deck builder than I'll ever be so I'd be stoked to see what you could cook over there!

Thank you and you're way too kind because alot of you have great deck building ideas. Ive seen the magia/spright lists and I wish they were easier to integrate with dm. If targeting is the issue you could play spright elf after the toy box line (4 monsters on the field) using ip masq, but you'll need to have a lv 2 in the gy to link into verte after that...it could definitely work but it may not be the best move. I think upping the consistency of magia is the key because i win a lot of games he's out.

Hero and salamangreat are both very competitive and for a beginner, salads is fairly cheap because you can buy the starter deck in the shop. Heroes are expensive but i do have videos on my channel about them!

I added centurion (3 field spell 1 spell and just 2 mosters) into that dino deck so i have two play just to be safe, cuz centurion is so good 1 field spell on hand and you can go 12🌟syncro monster-> summon crimson then summon blazar on opponent turn. Anyway great video love dinos❕

@@plomyde6170 dinos are a going 2nd deck?!?? Have you watched my other dino videos? This is a deck that can set up near unbreakable boards with multiple disruptions going first. Going 1st is easy with this deck that's why the going 2nd duels are more entertaining.

@@kingmahde1 they can do both. But they were made to go second. Conductor + pentestag was an easy otk. Especially when mystic mine was legal in the tcg. More shit came out to get them better at first turns but any deck was good first turns. Misc is limited in the tcg because it was busted dinos going second were the way to play them. But these new supports made dino better going first now atleast. which is nice. Less bricky then scrap.

Oof thats a tough question bc it's such a key to the deck but I know it being a UR sucks to craft 3. HOWEVER, Aloof lupine is your answer. I think aloof with a thunder monster is the best 2 card combo the deck can do.

Hey, great video! How Do you feel about the scrap engine? (2 Raptors, 1 Chimera, Wyvern in ED). Gives you the same Board with the same opening hand but with an borreload savage dragon.

@@nils.18n thank you so much! I used to love the scrap engine, but I found it to be too inconsistent. If you draw any of the scrap piece you can't go full combo. Also, adding more bricks to a bricky deck along with frostasaur is risky. I still have a scrap version for fun bc I love making the crazy boards with borreload and naturia beast.

I love that you are back playing DM, I've been playing some but added 2 forbidden droplets and bystials (magna, druis, lubellion, regained) and kept only souls and IOC and so far it's the farthest I've been in Master Duel (1 loss in past 12 at diamond 3 now [a bit lucky i gotta admit]) (I've only played DM till now) droplet going second with toybox it's amazing, and bystials syncro into chaos and/or barronnette (bystial + toy soldier into chaos with both effects, toy tank gets bystial back to get into barronne with quem) bystials are also a bit useful against yubel
