I used to pass a road sign in Washington State pointing to Odessa, it was named for the city in Ukraine and it was founded by Volga Germans... that was 120 years ago though so the modern population sort of blends with the rest of Eastern Washington, but Spokane, the largest city on that half of the state, does have a lot of Russians and Ukrainians.

Lincoln NE also has a large Vietnamese population and large amounts of other ethnic groups.
