The real irony here is that you are bashing this woman for not doing research. You yourself have done no research into what is legally defined as an E bike. Not just in California, but in any state that uses the three class system. The vast majority of these DTC e bikes being sold, do not fall under the legal classification as an E bike. I’m not saying I’m in favor of the lawsuit. Just find it pretty funny that you’re talking trash on someone for not doing research.

This short is extremely accurate. Zero accountability. Sounds like she can't admit she was wrong. She should have done her due diligence, and researched the laws in her area before purchasing an e bike for her kid.

Hear me out.. im 100% for your freedom to NOT wear a helmet. I personally wear one but I don't wear one because the government tells me to. I also live in FL (apparently near you actually) so Im not required by law to wear one. Im 100% for your freedom.. but growing up in the 80's when i first started riding a friend of mine who was a pro motocross rider told me when i asked him "Whats the difference between a $50 helmet and a $400 helmet?" He replied something I will never forget "How much is your head worth? $50 or $400?" And the ONLY issue i have is when someone isn't wearing a helmet and dies and the very first words out of peoples mouths are "Those dangerous motorcycles!" A couple months ago someone died two blocks from my house at 6AM on his motorcycle after hitting a deer... He was IN a neighborhood... On facebook every post was "Those dangerous motorcycles!" I finally asked "Was he wearing a helmet? And how fast was this idiot going in a neighborhood?" Come to find out he was doing around 45 and nope... No helmet. THAT'S why he died. Police officers on the acene replied and aaid he would be alive if he had on a helmet.. clearly. So while i agree that you have every right to be free and NOT wear one... I don't think its smart not to.

I cant find the front wheel on their website, but you can get the display and switches. I really want to set up my x70 like this. They said it wasn't possible, but I don't see why not. Same forks. I thought about a whole separate kit, but i like the dual motor button and common throttle.

Nice, but it needs slightly taller handle bars, so you can lean back a little with better steering control. Also, a bigger saddle like bana seat, not to big but longer, with a short sissy bar on the back (for passenger to lean on)

Buyer beware! I don’t want to rain on anybody’s parade, but I wanted to share my story and experience with Aniioki. I have 4 of these bikes or should I say I am stuck with four of these bikes. My fault, I purchased all of them way too close together. Have had nothing but issues. I received my dual motor promax 9 months ago and still can’t get it right. Error 24, a dangerous sticky throttle that keeps running for five seconds after you release it. It is not the cruise control. The battery come out of the box only discharging to 48 V. That is only allowing me 40 miles on this bike. They finally sent me a replacement. Did the same exact thing, only discharges to 48V. I switched the ends on the batteries put them in my single motor bikes, did the same thing. Only discharges to 48V. They sent me parts trying to fix it. They sent me a controller that slowed my bike down from a 45 mph bike to a 38 mph bike. And now they tell me my speed is fine. Not to mention all the other issues I had with the single motorbikes. Now they have just ghosted me. And the bike is still under warranty. if you don’t have a lot of tools, time, knowledge and willing to work on these bikes. Stay away from them. I am not just speaking for me and my four bikes but also a lot of people I know on Facebook. It’s just a fact. if you look at all of their reviews on their site and Amazon, including mine. Most of the reviews are with the bike being brand new. I could go on and on with proof and pictures. But all I can say to everybody is if you have not purchased one yet, stay away from Aniioki.

I have a question e-bikes are getting more and more powerful and faster and there are a lot more bikes on the road now than before so the federal law says no bike with a motor over 750 watts so what will happen with these bikes that now have a 396 chevy v 8 on them it is just a matter of time before law enforcement is going to start pulling bikes over this will help keep the police awake on duty especially at night so when you are told to take your bike off the road do you just put it in the livingroom and make a lamp out of it or use it to dry your clothes and then you go out and buy a 750 watt bike and wave at the police or make a finger thing witch is not nice or does your wife put a sign on the bike that says STUPID and she says you owe her big time I know you could take the e-bike in the back of your car to the desert and ride out there buy smart ride safe and have a blast riding your LEGAL e bike

I've been looking for a foldable ebike for a while now. I've been wanting something that would fit in my car so I can take it out riding wherever I want. I like that this bike is also available in a 1000 watt version with a torque sensor. I also like that this bike can carry up to 400 pounds which is perfect for heavier riders like myself. I think if I were to spring for this bike right now, I'd go for the 1000 watt version so it has the extra power to carry my 300 pound self around and it has a 32 MPH top speed. With all the specs that this bike has, it can outperform my nearly 3 year old Aventon Aventure and it's cheaper, too. It's definitely a bike worth going for with just the specs alone. Now if I can only decide on what color I like best.
