This is the Ronnie Laws cover from his album "Pressure Sensitive" that brought Incognito to the forefront, and some long overdue recognition for Jocelyn Brown - thought of by some as a "1 Hit Wonder" for her solo disco track "Somebody Else's Guy", but she has lent her voice to so many other groups that her Discography is Amazing . I think of her like Martha Wash - someone who has lent their voice to so many well known hits. My hope is that someday Incognito covers Ronnie's version of Stevie Wonder's "Tell Me Something Good" (famously covered by Rufus and Chaka Khan, and sampled by The Beastie Boys for the "Paul's Boutique" LP) ... even better, if they ever cover the Ronnie Law's opening instrumental cut from the "Friends and Strangers" LP titled "Good Time Ride" (I can dream, can't I ... )

Thanks Stephen. As you’ll see, the video is composed of lots of different shots and takes from throughout the filming session that we did in a local studio. You’re right to notice that on a few frames our singer has his phone in his hand. It was on these shots/take that he was checking-in on the score of a live football game of his beloved Newcastle United (vs West Bromwich Albion)! 😂⚽️
