After watching your videos, I have started. It's so difficult. You are right, there are memories with each product. I think the brands I am boycotting were the easiest to remove from my collection. Other easy ones were the expired ones, lol. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. ❤❤

If you don't support Natasha Denona and won't show it on the channel, chances of you using them are low to none. I would say to gift them to some friends, you have sooo many other palettes to use guilt free:)

I only found out recently, too. There is a link in bio to Nihel Google doc. She has broken down all the companies who are safe and not safe and why. It's actually a good starting point. It's really hard to find information to be honest 💗

Hi, It's not how you wash your brushes but how you let them dry. If water is.running down the funnel it can effect the glue and cause the glue to dissolve and then they become unstuck. people say to dry the brush with the bristles pointed down. I found the best way to dry them flat on a towel and just let them air dry.Hope this helps

Hiya, thanks for that, I do dry them flat on a towel, I don't think water does get down the funnel. I was actually thinking of buying one of those stands that hang the brushed upside down to try but not sure if they are worth it. 😊😊

I do still buy from Revolution, but only their foundations and concealers. They’re the only affordable brand I’ve found that cater to skin-tones as pale and cool-toned as mine (I wear an F0.5/C0.5 in their ranges.) Thanks for sharing your videos with us. If I could afford their products, I’d also boycott ND in favour of Huda. 💗

I want to try Revolution foundation and concealer, is it long lasting and non transferable? To be honest, it's good in a way that boycotting these brands because of their ethics but also over consumption. My aim is to be more mindful of what I buy this year. In all honesty, I don’t know whether the foundation is transfer-resistant, simply because I don’t really touch my face a great deal (or wear things that touch my face/throat - I have ASD and sensory issues, and I can’t even wear necklaces or bracelets!) That said, I would imagine that if you set it with powder, it wouldn’t transfer any more than any other brand - even high-end. I do appreciate that they have a really good range of shades and undertones from extremely pale to very deep, instead of other brands (not just drugstore) that are mostly light to medium, with maybe one or two tan/deep shades (that really aren’t deep at all…) Struggling to find my own shade has made me much more appreciative of brands that are inclusive of all of us. I can’t remember whether Superdrug still carries foundation/concealer testers for you to try, but in my experience, the shades stay true to how they appear in the bottle (at least on me, although I tend to prefer a lighter coverage - I’m not sure how their full coverage products perform). xx

You've got so many makeup brushes, and really great ones too apparently! I threw a lot of mine out because a lot of them had gotten damaged, so now I use the spongey applicators that I bought in a pound shop until I buy some good quality ones. Do you like real techniques? Also, you can use that scrubby pad to wash your brushes. I use a luna and ufo as well, they're staples in my routine especially when I do my makeup. I regularly skip primer when I use one of the more hydrating masks like h2overdose.

I really need to start using the foreo ufo mask! I wish i could skip primer, i have large pores, so i always use a pore filling primer. I still haven't used it, lol. I do really love real technique brushes. They are my go-to when I need new ones and on a budget. Yes, I could use the scrub to clean my brushes, I honestly didn't think of that, thanks.
