Hello! In the website builder, when you go to the form component that you've added, then you can click on the gear to update the "Contact Email" setting.

Hi Jason! Group/Team name is only sent down to Race Result as an additional field on the participant record. That field is called "RSU Team Name". This is because Race Result does not have a specific concept of this for us to be able to sync down to, so we do not support Group Type/Group sync.

Hello! It can be for either, but usually participant facing, so that they can easily enter in their information. The race staff may jump in at the end if the participant is paying in cash (to enter the code).

Hello! Sorry for the delay. It depends on whether or not you are using backup timing mode or score and publish mode. Score and publish mode can only score one event at a time. Backup mode they can collect times for anyone regardless of event.

Hi Drew, "Would there be any ability to create a quick copy icon" I can put that request in with the developers. Thank you! Also, if you Right Click the image, then you can Save Image or Copy Image. This should cut down steps in the meantime. "to create them one must navigate through Promotion to Source Tracking and Source Tracking Codes" I actually have wondered that as well. I'll include that in the developer note. My guess is that there is a plan to add more to this section, possibly a reporting page.

@@Runsignup understood. I'm good on the image side of things, but we use the text links for our event emails to best track things and an easier/faster way to get those links would be sweet.
