Did you arrange it around the avatar and sew it ?

Also if it's lose it will fall, try to fit it according to the avatars spec, also the model has to be in obj format after importing and import it as an avatar

Simply putting it to words Clo 3D has 2D pattern window, more to do with 3D garment construction whereas Blender is a 3d Modeling software nothing to do with patterns, more like SCULPTING you don't have to draft and drape. So Fashion Designers prefer Clo 3D for the true to life Garment Simulation that's typically cutting patterns on fabrics and stitching them together. Blender is like drawing and extruding. This is the best way I could explain 😅
