This makes me so happy. Delays while on the tarmac are the worst - I don’t understand why airports cannot manage ground needs better (especially prepandemic). I was once on a flight that happened to have a passenger with disabilities. The ticket purchase and check-in process included a question for special-needs, so *someone* knew she would need to board…… nope…… We waited over 75 minutes seated on the tarmac for her to board because the apparatus to lift her chair into the plane was not there. It was beyond maddening and highlighted the incredible inequity some are treated with.

My mind went to episode 211- Playthings, checking into the hotel they were investigating - they get to the room later and Deans all like "why do these people assume we're gay?" - this was the legit real life version of that and i'm dying XD
