There is a flaw in these instructions in that steps 3-9 should be completely accomplished one car at a time. Each car completes all of it's movements before the next car goes. The video shows red and blue both moving before they boost and before they slipstream. It is impossible for one car to move while the other car is still completing its movements. This is described on page 4 of the rules.
