He has a role to play the korns first drummer Dave was very original. He is a different style. But fits John and the boys really well. It's only now, 30 years on when listen to their recordings. There 1 off the best bands ever.

@@whatsupxay we’re all entitled to our opinions. Don’t get me wrong Ray is a beast on the drums. I’ll give him being more technical than David. But that’s it. He has a hard time being on time with some of the other Korn songs. David was original, groovy and efficient. Korn is not the same without David. And that’s just a fact. But I can’t cry about it. Ray is a beast. So Korn twice when he first joined the band. He had an even more monster kit back then.

His resume is incredible: Freak Power Ticket w/Darren Householder, David Lee Roth for a decade (for great jamming and Diamond comedy ask him about that), Army Of Anyone with the DeLeo Bros and Richard Patrick and then, the gig chance that he had worked so hard to achieve with our beloved Bakersfield Bunch who hired him on the spot, the wise cats that they are. One might say, Ray is here to stay... Sorry, could not resist!

I believe that climbing into the boat is just disrespectful. The band reacts politely, but one can see their disapproval. Everybody would love to be with them in the boat, yet we are able to able to hold our horses. Putting their trust in a crowd of crazy fans is a risky stunt. Jumping on the boat equals abusing their trust.
@PichDextro Жыл бұрын
I honestly just hope that this won't ruin it for all of us one day, because some crazy idiot recreates this. Or multiple people all at once and they cut this part out of the show. I agree that this looks fun and cool at first, but it really is just abusing their trust and it's disrespectful. The band is incredibly nice about it, even though they really don't have to be.
@yns9bn5_ Жыл бұрын
There is also a video where Oliver reaches a hand to help a fan inside the boat so I think they're fine with it as long as they behave. I just hope that everybody has the sense to say: "okay, this the lucky person tonight" and leave it there instead of all trying to get in there suddenly. And I hope that those who are lucky just have the sense to behave so we all stay trustworthy. I understand both parties: the fans having the time of their lives as well as what you described perfectly.
@PichDextro Жыл бұрын
@@yns9bn5_ Yeah if they help you climb in, it's obviously fine, but there are videos of people trying to climb in without the band reaching out first. There is one recent video where Paul even swats away the hands of a dude who tried to climb in, so I'm guessing they are getting kinda tired of it. There were so many people climbing in during this tour, it loses this magic of "wow lucky person" if it happens every single time. They probably want it to stay special and not become a regular thing every show. Only do it when they grab you anyway, otherwise it should be obvious to not do it.
@annegretkasten6277 Жыл бұрын
@@PichDextroI think they only do it to children.
@PichDextro Жыл бұрын
@@annegretkasten6277 Not exclusively, there are videos of older people getting in as well. And like I said, as long as they help you climb in it's obviously fine.
